The Beeches Care Home is situated in a the village of Coppull, two miles away from Chorley and seven miles from Wigan.
The home, established in 1992, enjoys an excellent reputation in the local community and specialises in providing residential care, nursing care and dementia care for people aged 65 and onwards. The home can also provide continuing care and respite care when required.
The service is wholly-focused on delivering a person-centred approach to caring for people, with an emphasis on dignity, choice and independence. The service is provided 24-hours a day by RGN and RMN nurses (who are trained in general and mental health nursing) and supported by a highly proficient care team.
The home engenders a standpoint of encouraging each resident to view Haighfield as their home; with personalisation of bedrooms readily encouraged and any special requests for resident’s comfort being considered.
Entertainment and activities are provided on a daily basis and meet the needs and requests of the residents. Entertainers are booked regularly to perform in the home and family/friends are welcome to attend.
Where possible, any specific hobby or activity will be accommodated and trips out are arranged periodically.

The Beeches Care Home is situated in a residential area of the village of Coppull, which is approximately two miles south of Chorley and seven miles north of Wigan. Both the M6 and M61 motorways are relatively close by. For satellite navigation the postcode is PR7 5AH.
People move into the Beeches as their permanent home and it is promoted as such to residents and their family & friends. Accordingly, visits are welcome at anytime although the home does however request that visits at meal times and late evening are avoided wherever possible.
There are parking facilities on site and, should these be taken, street parking on the road leading to the home is available. This road is in a residential area and should only be use if on-site parking is full and then the up-most consideration must be shown to residents of the street.

The Beeches is a lovely, warm, friendly home. My mum is well cared for and loved. The staff are very friendly and whilst my mum can't talk now she smiles at every member of staff. My mum is clean and tidy when we see her. There are loads of activities and events on.
