Belvedere provides care services for elderly age 65 and above and those living with dementia, and older adults with learning disabilities.

A pre-admission assessment will be carried out to assess the suitability of the match between your needs and the services and facilities of the home. The suitability of your admission will be discussed with you and, if appropriate and with your permission, your representative(s).

Emergency admissions will be accepted only in exceptional circumstances, where the health or safety of the Service User is under threat, and normally only through a professional referrer such as Social Services. In this event, the suitability of the proposed Service User will be discussed with the professional referrer to ensure that the needs match the services offered, and the normal pre-admission assessment will be carried out within 48 hours of admission.

The home welcomes short term respite.

I would recommend Belvedere to anyone with a dependant needing care and support. The accommodation is well presented, clean and homely. Staff are outstanding in their care of residents. Visitors are made to feel welcome. I am pleased with the care given to my mum and feel she is safe and well looked
after.

Since my friend has been admitted to Belvedere Care Homer I have found that she has been addressed with all her needs ie. communication, dignity, respect etc. My friend has her own room which is excellent for her needs, she has every day contact from staff and management and any requests my friend may
have are dealt with as soon as possible. I would not hesitate recommending Belvedere Care Home to other parties after visiting other care homes in the area. Belvedere was the best one for my friend and this was jointly agreed by both parties.

I am very happy with the care my brother has at the care home. Nutrition is excellent and all the staff are understanding and always there to take on board any issue I have (very few.)

I have found both management and staff to be warm, welcoming and caring. They have helped my mother to settle in quickly and encouraged to treat it as if it were here own home. The staff and management regularly discuss how things are progressing with my mother, and we explore all options available
in a supportive manner. The care, attention and social aspects enjoyed by my mother have had a marked improvement on her dementia and general attitude, and all her family have been really pleased and surprised to see this improvement.

I have had two friends needing to use the services at Belvedere starting in 2007 up until the present day.
There are not enough words to express the the excellent quality of the care provided. I hope if I need a good home in the future that Belvedere is still available.
