The staff are very friendly and helpful, always there to assist my father if need be. All rooms are kept clean and tidy. The food is good and my father has been a lot happier and a lot cleaner since he has been at Belvedere. My mind is at rest with him being there. I would recommend this care home to anybody.

I would definitely recommend this home to anyone. The staff are very welcoming, supportive, always there to assist if needed. Rooms are kept clean and tidy. Meals are great, plenty to eat. We have been invited to stay for meals or we can invite ourselves. My father-in-law always looks clean and tidy and well looked after. I have no complaints about Belvedere and would highly recommend to everybody.

I would recommend Belvedere to anyone with a dependant needing care and support. The accommodation is well presented, clean and homely. Staff are outstanding in their care of residents. Visitors are made to feel welcome. I am pleased with the care given to my mum and feel she is safe and well looked after.

Since my friend has been admitted to Belvedere Care Homer I have found that she has been addressed with all her needs ie. communication, dignity, respect etc. My friend has her own room which is excellent for her needs, she has every day contact from staff and management and any requests my friend may have are dealt with as soon as possible. I would not hesitate recommending Belvedere Care Home to other parties after visiting other care homes in the area. Belvedere was the best one for my friend and this was jointly agreed by both parties.

I have found both management and staff to be warm, welcoming and caring. They have helped my mother to settle in quickly and encouraged to treat it as if it were here own home. The staff and management regularly discuss how things are progressing with my mother, and we explore all options available in a supportive manner. The care, attention and social aspects enjoyed by my mother have had a marked improvement on her dementia and general attitude, and all her family have been really pleased and surprised to see this improvement.

I have had two friends needing to use the services at Belvedere starting in 2007 up until the present day.

There are not enough words to express the the excellent quality of the care provided. I hope if I need a good home in the future that Belvedere is still available.
