I'm a friend of one of the residents. I find the home has a lovely warm family feeling. The staff is so caring and friendly. There are always lots of brilliant events on and the residents are so happy.

I was invited to the Saturday fun day and was very impressed how all the staff were so dedicated to the patients and the jobs that they do. 10/10.

I have found the home to be amazing, they do such fantastic work, the carers are so kind and caring and work hard to make everyone's life a joy. I can recommend this care home to anyone and feel happy to do that with confidence.

My family & I truly believe that moving into Bridgeway saved my son's life. His health & spirit had deteriorated so much due to the treatment he received at the previous care home. We are so happy & thankful he was allowed to move into such a lovely caring home where nothing is too much trouble for the whole staff & management.

Staff are amazing and work very efficiently. They always have time to spend with residents. They are very polite and nothing is too much bother. My son really loves the staff and that is praise in it's self.

Very pleased with the excellent care and attention my daughter is receiving. Lots of activities and events for all the residents to participate in. The staff are excellent in looking after my daughter and extremely patient with her. The management at the home has mitigated all sorts of strategies and innovative ideas. Cannot speak highly enough of the staff and management.

My brother became a resident at Holywell Bridgeway Care Home in October 2021. The home changed my brother's life in so many ways positively from the 24-hour nursing care. The brilliant nursing team to the fantastic carers and care team who are all so loving and warm hearts that truly care. To the fantastic management team that you can speak with any time, and to all the staff who make the home very special. To the Kitchen team and all the hard-working staff who make this home very special even so in my heart, I feel a special connection every week I visit my brother. I travel to visit and the home is certainly the best in the whole North West. In my opinion and the best place for my brother's care and needs. I feel proud of the home and its positive attitude. I and my brother's family are extremely happy and thankful for Bridgeway Care Home for my brother's lifetime care needs, to see him now so happy, is all thanks to the Bridgeway care team and the service provided.

All staff are excellent and very knowledgeable of their job. Son has improved so much, it is noticeable.

I think Holywell Bridgeway is a very good care home. The staff are very good, they always have a smile when you walk in and the rooms are always kept clean and tidy.

My mum has been at Holywell Bridgeway four months now. She has settled in so well, more than expected. The staff meet all my mum's needs and reassure her and the family. I can visit anytime with no restrictions and my mum always seems happy when I arrive. The staff have got to know my mum and recognise her needs and respect her wishes. Thank you to the staff for giving Mum the best care possible.

I have been at Holywell Bridgeway for four months now. I have settled in really well. The staff are very reassuring caring helpful for all my needs. They are always there when I'm feeling down. The nurses do a great job. The food is to my taste and will accommodate my preferences. The manager is funny and caring of all the residents. The staff respect my wishes. My family can come anytime.

I have lived at Holywell Bridgeway for the last two years and am happy with the new manager, he has made this place much better and I cannot thank him enough. The staff morale previous to his engagement was terrible but since he has come things are much turned around the stuff are happier which makes us happier and makes them do their jobs better which is obviously good for everybody there are more activities for the Residents which is a welcome addition including trips to see the Blackpool illuminations swimming and various activities within the home such as movie days on the big screen projector which is new and days that commemorate sporting events and most recently the Jubilee which was much enjoyed by everybody, the new manager is an excellent addition to the home and I'm pleased to say that I am now a happy resident.

I've been living at Holywell Bridgeway since April 26 2022. All staff (from management to domestics) friendly, respectful and helpful. The home is thoroughly well kept, and I implore recommend anyone looking for a vacancy in residential care to approach here.

In my opinion, you couldn't find a better place for my niece. The staff are the best and happiest people you could meet. The room she stays in is like a four-star hotel, always clean and well-kept.

My sister has been coming to Holywell Bridgeway for respite for tears and now she lives here and has been for 18 months. The care she gets is 10/10. The staff and management are amazing with her they all know her needs every time I come. They all keep me updated with what she has done from day to day. I can tell she is happy at Holywell Bridgeway, she always looks happy and healthy.

My sister has settled in very well and I personally enjoy visiting her as all the staff are immensely personable and efficient. She is very settled and kept comfortable and entertained.

My sister-in-law has only been at Holywell Bridgeway for a few weeks, but the care she has received has been fantastic. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and really seem to go above and beyond their 'duties'. As a family, we are extremely grateful for the care they are giving. Thank you.

The new manager has completely turned this care home around, residents and staff happy. Residents are being taken out again and have an activities coordinator again too which is great for residents. The chefs are brilliant serving great food daily. The new manager, receptionist, nurses and care staff are all friendly, happy, helpful, and hardworking. Communal spaces are a lot brighter, more colourful, and cleaner since the new manager came in too.

My daughter has only been in Holywell Bridgeway for only a few weeks. I am very happy with the care she has got; it has been 100%. All the staff from management, care and everyone else has been so supportive of both me and my granddaughter. My daughter has settled in very well. Thanks to all the staff.
