Holywell Bridgeway provides the highest level of residential, nursing, support and bariatric care to a wide range of adults aged 18-70 who have complex needs. Fully equipped with hoists, slings and specialist equipment and staff who are fully trained to move and handle residents who require assistance.

Each resident has his or her own room; 23 rooms are en-suite. This becomes their personal space, and staff encourages decoration and personalisation so that it feels quite simply like home. Residents have access to communal lounges, a dining room, activities room, sensory room, prayer room and a secluded courtyard for those sunnier days. The home has an activities co-ordinator who ensures that appropriate activities are available for residents to enjoy both at Bridgeway and in the community and local amenities.

Holywell is a special place in so many ways, residents build friendships and make sure that the team are highly trained in being able to not only offer an excellent service but to care and treat each and every resident with respect and kindness. This is their home and for the team at Holywell, it's about creating a sense of belonging, which in turn ensures that residents really feel as though this is their home.

Staff work hard to make a positive difference each and every day and to assure residents and their families that they are in the safest of hands, feel at home and have a loving life. A written description and images really can’t describe the friendly, welcoming atmosphere of Holywell Bridgeway.

My husband has been a resident at Bridgeway for over three years. Currently, Bridgeway is undergoing major refurbishment, so some of my ratings relating to facilities are abnormally lower.
However, the really important very high standard of care and support from an exceptional team of management and
staff is key to the care of my husband has been and continues to receive.
The staff and management have also been very supportive to our family - both visits, ongoing support and with external agencies.

All the staff at Bridgeway are lovely. I can tell they genuinely care about my dad and sister. I get on well with them all myself.
