Overall Experience

My lovely dad loves Fleetwood Nursing Home and so do I. Dad had a terrible stroke in June 2022. The care is just outstanding from all the wonderful friendly staff and management. The home is spotless and activities given are second to none. Happy atmosphere. Wouldn't want Dad anywhere else.

Overall Experience

The home has very good management. All staff are very caring and hard working. Our aunty was always clean and comfortable and very well looked after right up to her end of life. We would highly recommend. Thank you.

Overall Experience

My uncle was transferred to Fleetwood nursing home recently. He arrived with extremely challenging behaviour, but right from the start of his admission the manager and staff dealt with this in a caring and professional manner.

On visiting my uncle he was very well cared for and had lots of interaction

with all the staff.

Unfortunately, he had to be transferred to an EMI unit & leave this well-led caring and warm environment.

Excellent communication from this home. I couldn't fault.
A big thank you to the manager and her amazing hardworking staff.

Overall Experience

I found Fleetwood Nursing Home to be a very caring environment for my mum. She loved the staff who were friendly and kind seeing to her every need. Mum felt safe there and looked after. I would highly recommend this place for loved ones.

Overall Experience

My overall experience of this care home the staff are good the majority do this job (one which I couldn’t do) because they enjoy working with the old and infirm. They smile, are polite and very helpful. The buzzers get answered within a reasonable time and waiting is kept to a minimum. The staff smile

as they go about their tasks and that can only be good, if I was to complain it is that they need more staff as these guys are knackered at the end of the shift, all in all, a good crew.
