I have found White ash Brooke Care home to be the perfect enviroment for my father, the staff are kind ,compassionate and caring ,the atmosphere is very friendly, any concerns or questions i have ,are dealt with in a professional manner ,nothing is to much bother.

Home is exceptional with the care they give. Managed really effectively. Great vibes.

The wellbeing co-ordinator organised a sponsored walk from the home with our dad, for Alzheimer's UK and local scout group. Staff, residents involved, staff came in on their day off! The event went very well, enjoyed by all and the rain stayed off. The staff everyone of them go above and beyond. Thank you!

My sister has been living at White Ash Brook Care Home for some time now, and I couldn't be happier with the care and attention she receives. From the moment you walk through the doors, you can feel that it's a truly welcoming and compassionate place. The staff are not only professional and attentive, but they also treat residents like part of a big family. The carers take real time to get to know each resident as an individual - their routines, their preferences, and the little things that make them happy. My sister, is living with challenging behaviour, has become so settled and content here. The team's patience and understanding make such a difference, and it's clear they genuinely care about the people they support. The environment at White Ash Brook is bright, comfortable, and homely, with lovely gardens where residents can relax or join in gentle activities. The meals are tasty and nutritious, and it's lovely to see that residents are well cared for.

Since my dad Joe came into care at White Ash Brook, he has deteriorated and had many falls. My sister and I have ensured all his clothes and shoes have labels in, but he is continually in other people's clothes and shoes. Most of the time, his drawers are empty. In his bathroom, on many occasions, there have been no hand towels/paper towels or toilet paper. This is unacceptable. He has had a severe rash on his body, which was regarded as heat rash. To me, it was clearly scabies, confirmed in the hospital.

Overall, I am very happy with the care that both of my parents have had at White Ash Brook. The care staff are excellent in general. The food and menus are very good with great choices. The setting is lovely with beautiful gardens, and the rooms are nice!

This care home is amazing going above and beyond for their residents. My sister is in this home and is a very challenging 40 year old with behavioural issues recurrent falls and overall a handful. They do everything for her catering to her needs as being a younger resident. The staff understand and listen her which is a god send I have worked in care for 16 years and this home is amazing thank you all for your hard work and effort to keeping her safe

The home is a very caring home, but over the past few months the staffing levels seem lower than previously, sometimes it seems hard to find available staff to meet Mum's toiletry needs. The decor improvements are very good and the attention to the garden very welcome. All in all very satisfied with the home and the communication through the deputy manager is very welcome and needs to be spread further through the team

The care my aunt received whilst she was at White Ash was next to none she was treated with dignity and respect and during her last days the care and compassion we received as a family was fantastic nothing was too much for them and our wishes where adhered to from start to finish. We felt very welcomed and nothing was ever to much I feel white Ash have been our extended family whilst they cared for my aunt and I can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you

The staff are very friendly, that was the first thing we noticed when first visited. They do lots of different activities and also take the residents out often which is great. My father-in-law is very settled and happy which is a great relief for us. Very happy with White Ash Brook and would certainly recommend it.

When my husband had to go into care, I was devastated. I felt bereft. I'd looked around many care homes and was not happy with what I found. That was until I found White Ash Brook! What a refreshing, happy place it is. From my first enquiry to my husband going, they (the staff) could not have made it any easier. We are both looked after, not just him. My well-being is as important as my husband's. He is looked after very well and is smiling again. The home is light and airy with outside space, and the staff are always available to speak to. Any issues are sorted immediately.

My mum was admitted as part of the discharge to assess the process. She was at White Ash Brook for 17 nights before she passed away. The staff were lovely and treated my Mum with compassion and dignity in the last few days of her life.

The staff are very friendly and professional. The management is reassuring. Overall a very caring environment with lovely staff.

The manager and her deputies/staff are all wonderful people and a credit to the Each Other Care group.

Thank you for taking such good care of my Dad. You have all taken a personal interest in looking after him, ensuring he has felt at home. It was obvious Dad had a good rapport with the staff and it was lovely seeing the banter the staff had with him. Along with the medical support which was at times challenging, you all did a great job!

I cannot praise highly enough the staff of White Ash Brook. My father has been loved and cared for in a wonderful way, I truly feel it's a home from home. I would go out of my way to recommend White Ash Brook to absolutely anyone and I thank you all so much.

Right from the start, I felt complete confidence in the care and professionalism of the staff at White Ash Brook. I was looking for respite care for Mum while I went on holiday, she has never been in residential care so both she and I were anxious. We had nothing to worry about, both the manager and assistant manager came to meet Mum at home and discuss her needs and preferences so that when she moved into the home she felt at ease. When I took her we were welcomed by the manager who showed us to Mum's room and gave us time to help her unpack and settle in. A member of staff was assigned to show Mum around and take her to the dining room etc until she knew her way around. The following day the activities co-ordinator had even arranged bingo a particular favourite activity of Mum's. I was able to go on holiday knowing that Mum would receive the care and support she needed while enabling her to have independence. Mum really enjoyed her stay and has said that she would go back anytime.

White Ash Brook provided an excellent level of care and support to my dad and the rest of our family.

From the moment that I contacted White Ash Brook Care Home I felt that it was where I wanted my dad to go. I spoke to the manager at length on a number of occasions and every time she gave me confidence in the care my father would receive and alleviated all my worries with his fragile condition and moving him from another home. We finally managed to move him in March 2022 and albeit it was for a very short period of time before his passing, his time with White Ash Brook was spent in a home that I really felt was an extension of our family. We were always greeted by name and the manager or deputy provided us with a full brief on Dad's condition when I arrived each day. All the staff that I spoke with either directly caring for my father or just going about their work, were all very polite, helpful and respectful and always made me feel welcome. The home is lovely, welcoming, clean and homely. I can’t recommend White Ash Brook enough for anybody seeking to place a loved one.

We could not fault the care that my mother got at White Ash Brook. We received constant updates for everything during the Covid lockdown.
