We would like to thank the manager and care staff and all who work to ensure my mum is comfortable, happy, clean, fed and all her needs met, the staff all work as a team & always do their best to make it a happy place to live in, there have been a lot of upgrades to the home, decorating and making the place look a lot more inviting, they put on live shows with singers, dancing, afterwards teas, lots for the residents to enjoy, so thanks again to all the team.

My mum was living at Abbeys just short of 2yrs. In this time she enjoyed having the company of other residents. The staff was wonderful, caring and treated her with respect at all times. My mum enjoyed the entertainment especially when as a family we went along and joined in. Abbys is spotless clean, all the staff work really hard, we was always greeted with a smile and nothing was too much trouble for them. Food was really good a big shout out to the Kitchen staff

After one of her visits to the local hospital we had actually believed that mum was at the end, but on returning back to the care home she has gained weight and is back to her chatty, complaining self - well done!

I have found White ash Brooke Care home to be the perfect enviroment for my father, the staff are kind ,compassionate and caring ,the atmosphere is very friendly, any concerns or questions i have ,are dealt with in a professional manner ,nothing is to much bother.

I've found mums care very good here at the Abbeys with hard working friendly staff.I feel comfortable knowing mum in his good hands with the knowledge im only a phone call away if any problems could arise keep up the good work.

All the staff at Abbies Care Home Rawmarsh were kind and caring. Nothing was too much trouble, and my husbands needs were met. They kept him clean and comfortable and would chat with him. His last hours were continously ensured that he was comfortable. The staff were very kind and caring to the rest of us famiy as we were by his bedside, I have nothing but praise for them.

I would like to compliment the medical team and staff at New Springfield Care Home, Blackburn. When my mother arrived at Springfield she had a serious leg infection due to water retention. She also had a number of hospital admissions. From the moment she arrived the staff and management have worked wonders and my mothers health had improved enormously. I would like to thank them for their dedication towards the residents.

I was in Hospital for one month where it was decided I needed nursing care after having respitory problems., Preston Glades was my designated nursing home and although I was anxious I had no reason to be worried.. I can only honestly say the manager, nurses and carers are wonderful so much better than the care home I was in before, it's just a lovely family feeling + nothing is too much trouble. The staff really do need some high praise, they treat me so well even the food here is of high quality!

I would like to compliment Andrea and Leyton on their excellent service in organising the Care home trips and entertainment. Yesterday 9th June we went to horse farm. Everything was perfect. Thank you Leyton for helping Robin in the toilet. Xx

My mum stayed here for respite care so I could get a break away. She was very happy with the home & the staff were lovely. Her room was clean as was the whole place. She said the food was good also. As she was happy, I'm very happy.

Home is exceptional with the care they give. Managed really effectively. Great vibes.

The care home looked after my 97 year old mother who celebrated her 98th birthday whilst at the home. The home was clean, comfortable warm and welcoming and all the staff display care and compassion particularly at the time of her death. I would recommend this home for anyone.

When issues arise they take action and resolve promptly. Very accommodating and helpful staff.

We have been really happy with the care mum is receiving at Brierfield House, ever since she arrived. Her behaviours can be challenging at times but they always treat her with dignity and kindness. We are confident that any changes in her health are handled promptly, and they always try to make sure she receives whatever is needed. We are kept very well informed about how she is in between our weekly visits, and are made welcome every time we visit. The team are cheerful and easy to talk to, and clearly spend time chatting with the residents. Meals, snacks and drinks are plentiful, and mum enjoys them. We are very pleased we found this lovely care home and recommend it wholeheartedly.

I have been delighted by the support we have received at the care home. Colin has been given excellent care and I have found everyone so welcoming at such a stressful time. The one to one support for Colin has been excellent and I am so pleased that he has become part of New Springfield.

The time at New Springfield has been good, their have been people that I have known for year and other I have built a new relationship, friend I mean. This place is a good place to heal and build yourself up while you heal, its good here and I only have good things to say about it. Thank you for the help guys.

The wellbeing co-ordinator organised a sponsored walk from the home with our dad, for Alzheimer's UK and local scout group. Staff, residents involved, staff came in on their day off! The event went very well, enjoyed by all and the rain stayed off. The staff everyone of them go above and beyond. Thank you!

When we visited the next day, Mum was enjoying lunch with other residents, dressed nicely and looking happy. She told us, "I like it here, I want to stay." We can't thank the staff enough for their care, kindness and support.
