The home has been carefully considered to ensure it offers exceptional accommodation, which is affordable and of an outstanding standard. Every detail of the home has been carefully considered, creating a pleasing and calming environment.
All bedroom suites are comfortable and spacious with some having en-suite facilities. The rooms come furnished however residents are able to request an unfurnished room allowing them to bring in those special objects and personal touches to make their room truly feel like home.
At Ladyville Lodge, activities are important to people's health and wellbeing, therefore they have a varied programme of activities, performers and daily activities. There is also an in-house hairdresser. The gardens provide a relaxing and comfortable area for residents to enjoy.
Residents range from those who are relatively independent to those who require nursing, residential, dementia or end of life care. Ladyville Lodge provides discreet support in a place which is not institutional and promotes independence as much as possible. Dignity, encouraging, independence, involving family and friends, are part of Ladyville’s ethos.

This includes planning and delivery, person-centered care plan, all meals, snacks and drinks, access to the full range of in-home activities, utilities such as water, heating and electric, all accommodation costs, housekeeping and laundry service (excluding dry-cleaning), 24 hours staffing to meet their needs.
Respite Care
Due to the costs, we incur in preparing a room and the plan of Care for arrival, the minimum term of respite care is two whole weeks. This means that if your stay is less than two weeks, you will be responsible for our charges up until the end of the week you leave the care home.

Every time I come to visit I was warmly welcomed by all the staff. There is a good range of activities available daily. You can see that all residents are well looked after and loved. They are very accommodating when a group of family members come to visit.

We're very pleased with mums care. The only issues are, we're not told that her toiletries are running low, also she has a room with a step which doesn't help because she is losing mobility. There needs to be more seats provided for visitors when the lounge is full.

Our experience has been so caring, helpful and accommodating. Yes there are tweaks that could be improved on, but they are working really well with all the improvements coming together at the home. The garden party was just wonderful and enjoyed by all. There are lots of daily activities and they have entertainment on a regular basis as well as organising outings. Please continue with these, as it's so important for the well-being of the residents. The kitchen staff and chefs are wonderful and work really hard to provide delicious home-cooked meals. Residents may just require some help/assistance with eating the food. The staff also listen to any concerns family members may have and give you their time in a very busy environment and we appreciate all you do, so a massive thank you.

My Mum has always been well looked after, the staff are very friendly yet professional. The staff always seem to bring the best out of my Mother. Whilst she has been staying in Ladyville, she has been taken out on various trips, to local landmarks and garden centres. Ladyville organise singers and the like to visit the facility, and I often see photos on social media of my Mum up dancing, this makes me very happy.

We made the difficult decision to move our loved one to a care home and we could not be happier with our choice of Ladyville Lodge. The moment we walked in there was a real feeling of tranquility, warmth and kindness. The manager and the whole team are extremely professional, caring, and attentive to residents' needs and know every person very well. Any queries are managed quickly and effectively. The new manager has implemented renovations to Ladyville - looking excellent! The bedrooms are lovely, the lounge has a great community spirit, and the dining experience is amazing! Little touches such as linen tablecloths and flowers on the tables really make the residents feel special. Food is freshly prepared and cooked on-site and is always of very high quality, balanced and nutritious. The care, dignity, and happiness of residents is at the heart of everything. Our loved one is so happy, in her words 'this place is lovely, it's just how I imagine Heaven will be'.

Three years ago we had to make the heartbreaking decision to place my mum into care, after careful research we found Ladyville Lodge which offers the kind of care Mum needed and although the initial process was traumatic we realised that Ladyville Lodge was the best place to deal with all Mum's needs. The staff have always been kind and professional and with many being long-term caregivers it says much for the ethos of the home. We have always found the management and staff very caring towards Mum and the food is always cooked fresh and seems very tasty. Where possible the residents can take part in activities and join in the functions within the grounds.
Finally we would like to add that we have always been very happy with the care Mum receives at Ladyville Lodge from all the staff in what must be at times very difficult and trying circumstances.

My brother-in-law spent two months here recently and he loved it. Lovely large room, not luxurious but rather have basic room with five star care. The staff in particular, from The receptionist to the carers through to management- I felt they really cared for him. The staff feel like one big family here. The food was excellent and my brother in law (who has learning difficulties) was treated with kindness, respect and great patience - nothing was too much trouble. Set in beautiful grounds, we really felt that he was in great hands.
Thoroughly recommend Ladyville Lodge to anyone looking for a place for their loved one.
