My dear mum has been living here for 4 yrs.
At first it was a rocky start with some none care issues but I am pleased to say after a while things massively improved.
The staff are amazing with care and compassion friendly and approachable.
I really would recommend this home to anyone that has fears
for their loved one as these are taken away when you see the care and support they have.
Well done team you have taken my doubts away.

My mum has only been at Ladyville Lodge for a short time but it is such a wonderful place and I know my mum is in safe hands. Her room is lovely with such a nice view and it has a good homely vibe there. The staff are so friendly and caring. The Christmas party they put on for the residents was great
and we all had such a good time. Thank you Maxine and Karen! X

Every time I come to visit I was warmly welcomed by all the staff. There is a good range of activities available daily.
You can see that all residents are well looked after and loved. They are very accommodating when a group of family members come to visit.
The home is very presentable and clean.

We're very pleased with mums care. The only issues are, we're not told that her toiletries are running low, also she has a room with a step which doesn't help because she is losing mobility. There needs to be more seats provided for visitors when the lounge is full.

Very caring staff lovey home and surroundings clean and lovely decorative there's good entertainment for them and things to do most days he has been there a few years now and would not him any where else now.

My husband has been a resident at Ladyville for 3 years. The actual home has a very friendly and homely feeling, nice bright rooms and comfortable lounge and dining room. The staff are excellent. Very caring and professional with the residents' best interests at heart. Very happy with his care.

Mum is well cared for. Staff are all nice. Food looks lovely. Mum knows she needs care and knows it is the best home locally. Nursing staff on call all the time. Would recommend. Mum has met some lovely residents and refers to them as her new friends. Staff are always willing to listen, nothing is too
much trouble. Caring and considerate of family feelings.

Our experience has been so caring, helpful and accommodating. Yes there are tweaks that could be improved on, but they are working really well with all the improvements coming together at the home. The garden party was just wonderful and enjoyed by all. There are lots of daily activities and they have
entertainment on a regular basis as well as organising outings. Please continue with these, as it's so important for the well-being of the residents. The kitchen staff and chefs are wonderful and work really hard to provide delicious home-cooked meals. Residents may just require some help/assistance with eating the food. The staff also listen to any concerns family members may have and give you their time in a very busy environment and we appreciate all you do, so a massive thank you.

Mum is happy at Ladyville, she has been here for quite a few years now including lockdown. It's a very caring home and kind, Mum is treated with dignity. She has her favourite carers that she has a laugh with! She said the food is good, her favourite is breakfast! Mum enjoys the singers that come in

My Mum has always been well looked after, the staff are very friendly yet professional. The staff always seem to bring the best out of my Mother. Whilst she has been staying in Ladyville, she has been taken out on various trips, to local landmarks and garden centres. Ladyville organise singers and the
like to visit the facility, and I often see photos on social media of my Mum up dancing, this makes me very happy.

It has taken a while after my mother's sad passing to write this, but in the short time my mum stayed at Ladyville (4 months) I could not fault the care and attention she received.
From the initial enquiry to her eventual stay, everything was done professionally and with Mum's utmost care in mind.

Had the best time today with my mum and all her friends at the Ladyville Christmas Party. Everyone who works there is so kind and makes you feel so welcome. It was a really lovely day, and I feel so happy with Mum's care. Highly recommend Ladyville.

We made the difficult decision to move our loved one to a care home and we could not be happier with our choice of Ladyville Lodge. The moment we walked in there was a real feeling of tranquility, warmth and kindness.
The manager and the whole team are extremely professional, caring, and attentive
to residents' needs and know every person very well. Any queries are managed quickly and effectively.
The new manager has implemented renovations to Ladyville - looking excellent!
The bedrooms are lovely, the lounge has a great community spirit, and the dining experience is amazing! Little touches such as linen tablecloths and flowers on the tables really make the residents feel special. Food is freshly prepared and cooked on-site and is always of very high quality, balanced and nutritious. The care, dignity, and happiness of residents is at the heart of everything. Our loved one is so happy, in her words 'this place is lovely, it's just how I imagine Heaven will be'.

Three years ago we had to make the heartbreaking decision to place my mum into care, after careful research we found Ladyville Lodge which offers the kind of care Mum needed and although the initial process was traumatic we realised that Ladyville Lodge was the best place to deal with all Mum's needs.
The staff have always been kind and professional and with many being long-term caregivers it says much for the ethos of the home.
We have always found the management and staff very caring towards Mum and the food is always cooked fresh and seems very tasty.
Where possible the residents can take part in activities and join in the functions within the grounds.
Finally we would like to add that we have always been very happy with the care Mum receives at Ladyville Lodge from all the staff in what must be at times very difficult and trying circumstances.

From the moment we walked through the door everyone was very welcoming.
The carers are always happy, smiling and helpful.
It’s a good feeling knowing you can walk away knowing your mum is being looked after.
Although I feel it could do with a bit of modernisation, it makes up for it with caring
staff.

My brother-in-law spent two months here recently and he loved it. Lovely large room, not luxurious but rather have basic room with five star care. The staff in particular, from The receptionist to the carers through to management- I felt they really cared for him. The staff feel like one big family
here.
The food was excellent and my brother in law (who has learning difficulties) was treated with kindness, respect and great patience - nothing was too much trouble.
Set in beautiful grounds, we really felt that he was in great hands.
Thoroughly recommend Ladyville Lodge to anyone looking for a place for their loved one.
