Our Dad spent two months and Springfield Court when he sadly was too ill for us to care for at home. We met with the manager and from the first few minutes felt the care and warmth of the staff. Both our Mum and Dad went to Springfield in order for them to spend this precious time together. The home is set on beautiful grounds in a quiet part of Aughton. The rooms are light, spacious and made to feel very homely. Our parents were treated like royalty from their arrival! Every member of staff was kind, patient and respectful at all times. The care they were given was beyond anything we could have expected. The personal touches of the staff spending time chatting with them, finding things that interested them and treating each of them as individuals to support them, made this difficult time a lot more bearable. Our family was welcomed into the Springfield 'family' from the first moment we arrived.
