Overall Experience
We brought my grandmother here for 2 weeks respite care.
She was on willow unit
The lovely staff who spoke her language looked after her very well.
My grandmother is 98 and she only speaks her mother tongue.
She said she loved the girls caring for her.

My mum.will happily have her back next time respite is due I would say to any south Asian families we asked for halaal food and only female staff which was provided great l experience caring staff thankyou all at birchhall

Overall Experience
My ex husband and very good friend became a resident at Birch Hall due to being diagnosed with terminal cancer and not being able to manage in his own home. The staff both daytime and night time was amazing (when my ex husband became near end of life I stayed overnight). Nothing was to much...
My ex husband and very good friend became a resident at Birch Hall due to being diagnosed with terminal cancer and not being able to manage in his own home. The staff both daytime and night time was amazing (when my ex husband became near end of life I stayed overnight). Nothing was to much trouble they made sure he was kept clean and his medication was administered. They even made sure I was offered drinks and food. The cleaning staff made sure his room was kept clean. Overall I couldn't fault the care my ex husband received. There is also a lovely garden to sit in.
