Hi, my Nan since she’s been at North Shore Nursing & Residential Home I’ve seen a wonderful change within her, she seems so much settled, she loves spending time with her 1-1s and I’m glad you are all making her welcome and feel she can trust you all! Thank you so much.

Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5
All the staff are very caring and extremely patient with my father and nothing seems to be too much trouble.


The managers are all very efficient and it is reassuring to know the home is extremely well run with plenty of staff to care for the residents.


My father is always clean and smart. The

food served looks very good and residents seem to have a varied diet and are served plenty of drinks throughout the day.
