Treeton Grange

I cannot fault the staff in Treeton Grange they all seem to be very caring. I know Mum joins in with activities as I've seen things she has made. Occasionally we have been sat waiting for her when going out, but I believe this is due to being short-staffed. Overall, a lovely home with beautiful grounds.

We are extremely happy with the care Mum gets. I find the management and care staff extremely kind and helpful. My mum is treated with respect and dignity. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the beautiful grounds are well kept.

I feel my in-laws have the necessary care and support needed. My mother-in-law particularly is a lot healthier than she was and feels happier now she has care/support 24/7. My father-in-law is finding his situation difficult due to his dementia, but he is being cared for appropriately.

My mother was there for only a short period of time before she passed away, however, the care was excellent and she was very well looked after. All the staff were more than helpful and gave us a lot of support. The place itself was very clean and tidy and offered a pleasant environment. I would recommend it to anybody looking for a suitable place for their loved ones.

I found the home extremely helpful and dedicated. From the manager, through the staff and the activities coordinator. The home is clean, well maintained and overall, an excellent environment for your loved one. Dignity and support is a high priority. I would have no hesitation to recommend Treeton Grange.

Fortunately, we were able to go inside and experience daily life there and very quickly had Dad transferred to a much better home.

I cannot speak positively enough about this care home - the staff, the setting and the accommodation are spot-on. My parents have been in the care for just over a year, and they are very happy and settled. Their move into the care home was quite literally a lifesaver - thank you.

Much greater transparency is needed on the cost of care. The weekly charge should be explained with a detailed breakdown of running costs.

Since arriving at Treeton Grange, Mum has been well looked after, with a high standard of both basic and nursing care. All staff have been friendly and very helpful in settling Mum in. Bedroom is always clean and tidy and comfortable enough.

The room they have is lovely, with a great aspect, and contains everything they need.

The gardens are well kept and allow visitors to come and go at reasonable times.

Staff are friendly. They understand my mother's needs and do the best for her.

There is a lovely atmosphere in the home. Staff are long term and residents know them all by name. Plenty of activities, which are well organised. Always clean and tidy.

Satisfied with care. Everyone is friendly and helpful. They notify you straight away if there's a problem. My relative is comfortable and happy, so he tells me. Gives me peace of mind.

The main thing you want for your relative is good care. At Treeton my Mum has excellent care from all staff. They always have a smile on their face and a witty remark on hand. And the activities are fantastic and very enjoyable for the residents. Mum hardly ate when she went into Treeton, now she is eating 3 good meals a day and it is so good to see her with her appetite back. Moving Mum into Treeton is the best thing I have done for her health.

I found the matron extremely helpful and reassuring when finding a suitable home for my Aunt. The staff are friendly and approachable. The home is clean and tidy. Very pleased with the standard of care.

Communication about my aunt's condition is prompt if there are concerns, though in relation to finances responses tend to be much slower.

Every single member of staff treats my mum with the utmost dignity and respect. They are all very caring.
