Overall Experience

My sister has recently moved into this care home after researching and visiting many homes. We are extremely happy that it has bee so easy and comfortable to settle in here. The staff are so helpful and pleasant. I would recommend this care home to any friends or family if they needed any recommendations.

The home is clean and has beautiful gardens. The care is personalised and residents are treated with respect. The variety of activities on offer is excellent. The quality of care certainly gives residents peace of mind.

My Father was looked after in this home before his passing and now my Mother is a resident. The staff have always been friendly, helpful and attentive. The standard of care is very good and the rooms and grounds are well maintained.

Review from S C (Relative of Resident) published on 25 July 2018 Submitted via Postal Card
Overall Experience
Overall standards are good. My relative is very settled and comfortable in her surroundings.

My only area of dissatisfaction is the occasional lack of hygiene, i.e. allowing residents to wash their hands after going to the toilet, being provided with wet wipes to clean their hands before meals, incontinence pads to be changed more often.

Every visit my mum seems happy and not lacking in any way. It is great to know that she is being taken care of so well and I can rest assured that the staff are caring for her. The home is always lovely and clean and the staff are professional and very friendly. The gardens are beautiful and mum loves to sit out and enjoy the sunshine and have a walk around them.
