Excellent care. Sometimes short of staff. Difficult to contact via phone, sometimes presume due to staffing pressures. Suggest answer phone facilities to be installed.

I just want to say a big thank you to Laurel bank for looking after my Nan, who is doing a fantastic job and letting us keep in touch with face time and calls whenever we want.
And my grandad who has sadly passed away, they did an amazing job and we thank you so much for that.

Mother finds staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help as did I from the very beginning of making contact. She also enjoys the food and can treat her room as home from home with her pictures and ornaments.

My Mum is very happy and well cared for. All the staff are friendly, helpful and caring.
They all do their very best to make Laurel Bank a safe homely home with a good selection of activities.

I visited Laurel Bank with my dog as a PAT volunteer (pets as therapy). On visiting I was welcomed by the lovely staff. The visit took me all over the home including residents rooms and the communal areas with the activity coordinator, also lovely. I can easily say that I was impressed by how the staff
knew each individual and their specific needs showing respect and dignity, the rooms were just like they would have been in their own homes. Finley (my PAT dog) and I will be visiting regularly to Laurel Bank to see the residents.

My husband had a respite stay and i can't say enough about the care home. The care and respect shown, not only to him but to myself and our family and also visitors is brilliant!! All the staff are excellent and should be commended in there duties.
We would recommend the care home for anyone in need
of respite. Thank you.
