Eden Court Care Home

She has just celebrated her 100th birthday and as a family we were all moved by how much effort the staff put in to help celebrate! The lounge was decorated beautifully and a buffet and birthday cake was provided. They had also contacted local schools to see if they could get the children to make birthday cards. They were hoping for mum to receive 100 cards but in fact 133 were delivered which were put up on all the walls! The staff even guarded the special one from Buckingham Palace duly signed by the King and Queen!! Grateful thanks to all at Eden Court! A care home run by angels!!!

They made coffee and brought us food every single staff from the cleaners to the head nurse were approachable no question was a stupid one! They took the time to explain everything in detail. Fantastic caring staff , always happy to help , they have taken great care of my mother , lovely home , nothing is too much for them to do would highly recommend if your family member needed a place to.

I would like to feedback that all the staff and management at Eden Court Care Home (Oak Unit) are excellent. They are very caring, compassionate and nothing is too much trouble. My friend is being cared for really well, the food looks lovely and his room is spacious. Staff are very friendly and encourage my friend with his meals and cares, he appreciates the support and care. I would recommend the Oak Unit to friends and family. The staff and admin team at Eden have been excellent during my sisters stay with them. They always have a smile when we visit, are very calm with all the service users and helpful when we call. My sister has settled in really well to her new home and talks about making new friends, feeling safe and being looked after. Yes we have had minor problems that Eden have dealt with calmly, professionally and effectively. Nothing we ask is ever too much of a problem. We, as a family, are very happy with my sisters overall care.

My mother joined Eden court in early 2025 directly from hospital after living independently all her life. The staff and care at Eden court has been excellent and despite the challenge my mother brings they are all patient and supportive. The home is always spotless and when I visit I feel very welcome. Would highly recommend this home for your relative.

The two seniors on Pine were Zuleka and Nickhill , a credit to Radiance Care as were Tripti and Wendy , not to mention the dedicate cleaning staff and those hard workers in the background. Thank You!

I have always, found care to my dad and my mum and I. He is kept clean and tidy, not the easiest person to deal with. They know us all by name and they always there to answer question etc. They always contact if I'm needed. I don't have anything to say bad about this care home. They work damn hard, it is so clean. Thanks to all the cleaning staff. They all do amazing job m, which job they do

I have been a resident on oak unit for 6 weeks and it is absolutely amazing the staff are brilliant carers considering they haven't got enough staff but can't fault them they can't do enough for you the physios are amazing kitchen staff make some really lovely food and cater for diabetic people overall i would recommend if you have to go for rehabilitation no qualms thank you to all staff you are all fantabulous

A very difficult time but feel my wife is getting the best care possible. I visit on a daily basis and I am always made to feel welcome by all members of staff.

My wife gets on well with the carers and always seems happy to have them around.

I have stayed at Eden court care home pine unit since October last year. The staff have been amazing and very helpful. I highly recommend for you to stay at eden court. They can't do enough for you. Food is amazing.

She is very clean, warm, with lovely meals and plenty of it. Her room is very clean and so is the dining room, lounge and other areas we have been in. We have found all staff and management very friendly and helpful. She has visitors most days and is happy and content to be there. Also safe, which gives us peace of mind.

I cannot fault the premises, the facilities, but most of all the staff and the care, respect and humour they offer to each and every one of the residents. Every member of staff who works on the Oak Unit deserves recognition for the great work they do for the elderly and vulnerable - never too busy to answer any query - and the welcome and support they offer visitors.

My experience with my home has been largely positive with the layout well designed and the staff helpful and friendly. Communication between staff and myself is good with carers ensuring I am informed of any changes in my wife's condition My resident wife is well looked after appears happy and content.

Generally, a very positive experience: staff were caring and efficient and the food was good. My only negative observation would be that often staff were under pressure to complete routine tasks - which they prioritised above the resident's needs.

Your staff deserve a good pay rise, they work so hard with a smile

I would like to say a big thank you to everyone at the Oak Unit where I was in Intermediate Care from 16th July - 7th August for physiotherapy and rehabilitation following a total hip replacment. All the staff, from senior managers right down to the cleaning/housekeeping team, were friendly, courteous, cheerful, caring and made me feel very comfortable during my stay. My room was comfortable and the food was excellent. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing intermediate care.

I have enjoyed my stay at Oak unit. All the staff have been very friendly and helpful. They are currently helping me get back on my feet. Highly recommend. Food is amazing.
