A very difficult time but feel my wife is getting the best care possible. I visit on a daily basis and I am always made to feel welcome by all members of staff.
My wife gets on well with the carers and always seems happy to have them around.
We enjoy your visits and hope you continue to have a good experience when visiting alongside your wife.
Thanks Sadie
I have stayed at Eden court care home pine unit since October last year. The staff have been amazing and very helpful. I highly recommend for you to stay at eden court. They can't do enough for you. Food is amazing.
My 99 year old mum was admitted from hospital to Eden Court Care Home in October 2025 after a fall and we were obviously concerned about how she would settle as she'd always threatened us that if we put her into care she would haunt us! However, as she was suffering advanced dementia it quickly became apparent that she was in need of full time care. Our concerns were quickly dashed as the care she receives from the staff at Eden Court is excellent. I must add that due to her dementia my mum is definitely not easy to handle but they seem to have won her trust and mum will (sometimes but not always!) now let them help her! On a recent trip to hospital the doctor told me he was extremely impressed by the content of her hand over medical notes from Eden Court as they even included tips on how to handle her! As a family we are all very pleased with the care she is receiving. Mum is safe and is being very well looked after by caring staff!
Thank you again for taking the time to leave a review.
She is very clean, warm, with lovely meals and plenty of it. Her room is very clean and so is the dining room, lounge and other areas we have been in. We have found all staff and management very friendly and helpful. She has visitors most days and is happy and content to be there. Also safe, which gives us peace of mind.
Thank you very much for taking the time to leave such a lovely review. We are pleased to hear the staff and management are friendly and helpful. I will ensure your kind words are passed on to our wonderful team.
I cannot fault the premises, the facilities, but most of all the staff and the care, respect and humour they offer to each and every one of the residents. Every member of staff who works on the Oak Unit deserves recognition for the great work they do for the elderly and vulnerable - never too busy to answer any query - and the welcome and support they offer visitors.
Thank you very much for you lovely review. Our team really appreciate your kind comments. I will ensure the staff receive this positive feedback. The team work very hard and your review is a true reflection of their hard work.
Visiting the home regularly highlights to me the staff are very capable in her care needs and enjoy looking after all the residents. The staff also learn the relatives and you are greeted and welcomed on every visit.
The resident rooms are warm and kept clean, the lounge has comfortable seating and large TV for entertainment and activities.
Having such good staff has set my mind at rest, can't praise them enough and I enjoy my visits on a regular basis.
Thank you to all.

My experience with my home has been largely positive with the layout well designed and the staff helpful and friendly. Communication between staff and myself is good with carers ensuring I am informed of any changes in my wife's condition My resident wife is well looked after appears happy and content.
Thank you for your lovely review. It truly means a lot to us to hear your wife has been happy and well supported. Our team is committed to providing compassionate, high quality care, and your kind words are greatly appreciated.
Generally, a very positive experience: staff were caring and efficient and the food was good. My only negative observation would be that often staff were under pressure to complete routine tasks - which they prioritised above the resident's needs.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I am pleased to hear your stay with us was mostly a positive experience for you, however it is disappointing that you also had some negative experiences. We welcome the opportunity to discuss your concerns further. Please contact the home...
When mum came to the end so many of the staff came to give her a cuddle, a kiss, a chat and managed to put a smile on her face. Thank you so much

I would like to say a big thank you to everyone at the Oak Unit where I was in Intermediate Care from 16th July - 7th August for physiotherapy and rehabilitation following a total hip replacment. All the staff, from senior managers right down to the cleaning/housekeeping team, were friendly, courteous, cheerful, caring and made me feel very comfortable during my stay. My room was comfortable and the food was excellent. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing intermediate care.

My father moved into Eden Court in July and the management and staff team have helped us as a family through a difficult time. We are always informed when my dad's needs have changed and are involved in any changes to his care plan. The staff also assisted with ensuring my dad attended his late wife's funeral. The management and staff are approachable and nothing is too much trouble. The home is clean. Many thanks to all the staff.

My mother moved into the care home this week. The management team and staff have all been very kind in what is an emotional and difficult time. Various members of the family have dropped into the home and always received a friendly welcome. The room is clean and we have been able to take our own furniture. The maintenance man put our photos on the wall and set up the TV. The care team have treated my mother with respect and dignity. The food is very good. There is a visitor's kitchen and a lounge area. The door is key-coded I would highly recommend this residence.

Sadly, we have just lost my husband, dad, son and grandad to the horrible disease of dementia. My husband was looked after so well, as was I. When visiting, we felt like one big family. The carers are excellent and have so much compassion. I will miss seeing all the staff, including the laundry, cleaners, and kitchen staff, they all are the best. Thank you so much to all of you, and not forgetting the lovely manager, who was so kind and caring for my hubby and family.

It was truly a privilege for our team to care for your husband, and I'm glad to hear that both he and your family felt supported and part of the Eden Court family....
Eden Court is so professional without losing its caring for those residents who live there. My partner's mum was accepted there in July and the staff from the Manager to the cleaners have shown so much care and respect to her it's commendable to you all, the home is spotless and any queries we had have been dealt with immediately and the staff can't do enough for both her and her family. I just want to say a massive thanks to you all and say well done. Kind regards

My dad stayed in the intermediate care facilities for 3 weeks for rehabilitation/physiotherapy. He was treated with respect and friendliness.
