My mum had to go into a nursing home after my Dad passed away, and I was unable to care for my mum on my own. I went to visit this care home and it was so welcoming and decorated lovely. The staff were lovely, so friendly and informative and the care assistants were so friendly and upbeat. The nurses were lovely, the manager was great and mum settled in well, but sometimes could be difficult. But the staff always cheered her up and kept her spirits up. When my mum became really poorly and passed away, I was with her. The manager and nurse who were there were so compassionate and caring and guided me through it every step of the way. Thank you so much.

My mum has not been at the home long but I have seen a massive improvement in her health and social ability. The staff are always welcoming and friendly. It is also nice to see all the management about. The home is absolutely spotless and always smells nice. I am so pleased to have found this home, I'm over the moon. Plenty of activities to keep Mum stimulated.

All the staff there couldn't do enough, they welcomed her and us. She was there for respite, her room was perfect for her with her own toilet and TV, she was delighted. When we went to see her, a flow test was done and sanitised. They gave us tea and coffee, they were great. She was happy there but still couldn't wait to get back home to her husband. It was just what she needed.

The staff are so caring and I feel very safe. The nursing staff pick up on anything thats untoward and act very quickly if there is an issue. I am looked after so well. I am so glad I came here. The alternative bears no comparison living in my own house with no support. My family is so pleased I am looked after so well. The support I received is second to none.

On two recent visits when my mother has needed urgent attention, I have had to roam the corridors looking for staff members as pressing the buzzer has no effect. On finding staff, I have been met with surely, pouting stares and on one occasion a smirk! I am also very concerned about my mother's dramatic weight loss. I must point out too, although Willow Bank style themselves as a care home with nursing, I've seen no evidence of any nursing element.

I was thankful to be introduced to Willow Bank through Leeds Care Services when end of life care was required for my husband in November 2018. My family and I have been so grateful for the care, kindness and consideration shown to my husband and us during this very emotional time. It has been so reassuring to rely on the efficiency and professionalism of all the staff when we could not be present and particularly during the last weeks of his life. Thank you to the whole team and we certainly recommend your service without reservation.

I cannot thank the staff enough at Willow Bank for the expert and compassionate care you showed my father in his short stay at the home.

The care of the staff was second to none, particularly in his final hours, so comfortable and the support extended to my family at this difficult time.

Willow Bank Care Home was my number one choice when it became clear that my dad needed 24 hour care after being in hospital for a few weeks. Willow Bank is nothing like a hospital (thank goodness). The care and attention they gave to my dad I will be forever grateful for. Not only were they very kind and thoughtful towards my dad but also his family, especially me. I was so thankful that my dad actually got a room there when he needed it (which was lovely by the way). I can’t thank all the staff enough for everything they did for him, what an amazing place.
