Overall Experience

My Stepdad spent the last 11 months at St Bernadette's. I can't fault the care that he received from the whole team. Staff are responsive caring and professional. The home is kept to a high standard of cleanliness by the wonderful housekeeping team. The catering team provides good quality food suitable for elderly residents.

Overall Experience

My Mum was a resident at St Bernadette's for two and half years, unfortunately, Mum passed away there 2 weeks ago. It may seem a strange time to write a review. Mum's care needs were complex, and I doubt in any other care setting she would have had the limited quality of life she was given at St Bernadette's. This is due to the extremely high standards of care from a dedicated very caring and friendly team. The support given to our family over the last 2yrs, and in the last few weeks has been wonderful. I can't thank the team enough for everything they do. If this helps any other family in their choice of nursing home I'm pleased to have helped by sharing our experience.

Overall Experience

This is such a welcoming, warm care home. They actually make you feel like family, and nothing is any trouble for them. The care my friend is receiving is exceptional, and the staff actually do care and shows respect in every way! The home is organised and very clean, and residents are always included in everything. The manager is so friendly and always there if you have questions, and he has so much compassion; you must be so proud of your team at St Bernadette's.
