My mum has been in this home for approx. 2 years. I feel the home has improved over the last 12 months. Rooms don't smell anymore, new carpets, I appreciate it is very difficult with the elderly. My mum is happy and I leave her knowing the staff care for her and interact with her. The activities that are organised are excellent and mum interacts and makes nice things. Well done to the team at Oaklands.

Also TV for all to view in the common room which is overlooked by a kitchen which is continuously staffed but kept safe from entry by residents. Bedrooms are spacious and kept well tidy with toilets as well as being warm and airy.
