Thank you so much for taking the time to complete this review. We are pleased that you have enjoyed your experience with us so much that your husband has stayed. We have recently had a large refurbishment of the majority of the home and our next project is to enhance the training for staff who work with our residents living with dementia and to enhance the environment as well. We are excited for this change as it is linked with Leeds- Beckett University, allowing our residents to benefit from the most recent research linked to living with dementia and improving our residents experiences and wellbeing. If you have any suggestions on improvements that could improve our service in anyway, please let us know as it all supports a better experience for all.
