Thank you for your review and the positive feedback regarding the team. We infrequently use agency care staff, however when we do they are inducted and monitored as to their ability to meet Barchester standards. We welcome feedback regarding their performance so that we can ensure the best standard of care is delivered to our residents. We have a new manager and a new activities team in place and activities have been formulated to support outdoor activities and more activities of interest, enhancing our residents' wellbeing. We welcome ideas and have an open door policy for you to be able to discuss these with me or any member of the team.

Her room was kept immaculate and her privacy respected. She was able to have meals in her room when she wished and the staff at The Dales made a lovely family tea party for her 100th birthday. Nothing was too much trouble
I would also like to say a big thank you for all aspects of the ‘End of life’ care given to my great Aunty which was of a very high standard, from all members of staff.
