Review from Karen H (Sister of Resident) published on 29 July 2024 Submitted via Website
Overall Experience
Where do I begin? Tree Tops is where my sister now lives. This compassionate caring place is so much more than a care or nursing home, it is a welcoming homely environment. The staff are so lovely and they are very present with residents. Nursing care is not a case of going through the motions, overall well-being is observed and responded to with care and a proactive approach to achieve best outcomes. There are activities tailored to needs and abilities and the resident's family and friends are made so very welcome.

I cannot thank everyone at Tree Tops enough for the love and care they give.

Our team work very hard to provide excellent care whilst still maintaining a homely feel. We are really pleased that you are happy with the care that your sister receives.
