Tudor House Nursing Home

Mum moved into Tudor House in September 2020 due to her slowly deteriorating Altzheimer’s. We were initially very apprehensive about the move, thinking that she may not settle, but we needn’t have worried. Within the first few weeks, it was obvious that we had made the right choice in Tudor House. Mum is happy, well cared for and she loves taking part in the daily activities arranged by the wonderful staff. I can honestly say that the quality of care that Mum is receiving, is exceptional. She knows that she is being well looked after and seeing her so happy and content, is a testament to the loving care from the manager and every one of her staff. Mum recently said to us “don’t ever move me from here, this is my new home and I love it here." I think this says everything.

Tudor House has always given excellent care, but during Covid, they have gone above and beyond our expectations. My mother-in-law is happier than ever in their care.

Tudor House has kind and considerate staff. The place feels like a home, not an institution. the staff know the residents well and this helps them to give the best care to each individual. My mother always looks clean and looked after, she is listened to and given opportunities to do things independently where possible. I am always kept informed of any changes to my mother's health.
