Balmoral is not just a care home, it goes above and beyond all expectations. My mum had been moved so many times that I lost all hope of finding somewhere that she could thrive, but I found it at Balmoral. Any and all problems are thoughtfully solved by staff that really care and would say love the people who live there.

My friend currently lives at Balmoral Court on the male challenging behaviour unit. I visit him as often as I can and can honestly say I’ve never seen him happier. The staff engage with him, myself and everyone in such a caring way. It’s great to see a collective group of people all working so hard, to provide what I would describe as the best care I have ever seen.

I always leave knowing my good friend is in an exceptional place and is getting cared for in a way you can wish for a loved one.

Outstanding care home.
Before my aunt sadly passed away this year, the care she was given was the best I’ve seen.
Thank you so much for everything you did for us all, I am eternally grateful.
If anyone is looking for a place for a loved one, I cannot recommend Balmoral Court enough.
The way the staff work to care for those with challenging behaviour is amazing.

Thank you.

Mum has been here since August 2018 and I have been very impressed with the care and kindness that the staff have given to Mum. They have also taken the concerns that I have had and taken the appropriate action. I am pleased that Mum is being cared for at Balmoral Court Nursing Home.

My father had a short break at Balmoral court and was very well cared for. The staff always go the extra mile. If you are looking for a care home that actually cares I recommend Balmoral.

Fantastic care home with a very family feeling vibe throughout.
My dad was cared for by a group of people who are very dedicated in every way.
I cannot thank you enough.

When other care homes failed him, Balmoral Court went above and beyond in every aspect and I will never forget that.

My grandad was recently in Balmoral Court for a respite stay and he thoroughly enjoyed his time there.
It was like home from home and gave us all great peace of mind to know he was so happy staying there.

I cannot recommend this home highly enough and I know next time he needs a break somewhere, we will look no other place than Balmoral Court.

My mam was a resident here for a very short time. I can honestly say all the staff were very nice to her. They made my mam and all her family feel very welcome and they all do a great job. I would recommend this care home to anyone thank you for looking after my mam so well.

My mum sadly passed but her stay whilst at Balmoral was the best she could have wanted. The atmosphere is more like a family than a care home. Thanks so much for taking such good care of my mum.

Sadly my husband who had severe dementia was a resident in the home for only a short time but the care and dignity shown to him and his family was outstanding. Over and above the norm. It is not a 5-star luxury home, in as much that everything in the furnishings may not be top class, but what beats all of that is the homely feeling of warmth and security instinctively given by this truly dedicated staff. They are amazing.

My father was a resident from August 2017 until his death in May 2018 at the age of 93. From the day he arrived he was treated as part of the Balmoral Cour family and once he settled in he was very happy there. All the staff were lovely with him and the treatment and care he received was very good. My mother, sister and myself were also treated as part of their family and always kept fully informed of my father's condition, particularly towards the end. The staff all made sure he had the best quality of life possible and a very good, pain-free, calm and dignified death in his own room in the care home, for which we are very grateful. When he arrived a new management team had just started and the changes they made have been wonderful in terms of the environment, the care philosophy and practice and in fulfilling their main aim of making the residents happy. A lovely happy and friendly place to be.

My sister was moved to this nursing home as she required care for challenging behaviour. Within only a week I have noticed quite a change for the better. It's early days yet but she is in a more relaxed environment with dedicated staff who are set an example by a committed and enthusiastic manager. My brother and I who jointly tend to her welfare are well pleased the home was recommended to us.
