The care for my dad has been outstanding. He celebrated his 100th birthday this month and the staff went out of their way to make it a wonderful occasion. He has been very poorly since with a chest infection, and I and the rest of the family decided that he would be better cared for at the home rather than be admitted hospital where no one would know him and he would recognise nobody. I am aware that the home had issues prior to their latest review, but under the new manager, the home has been completely transformed.

I cannot speak highly enough of all the staff at Park House. They look after the residents with such care and respect and all take the time to check in when we visit. I would definitely recommend Park House to anyone looking for residential or nursing care for a loved one.

I visited my friend last week and was very impressed with every aspect of this care home. The positive change of my friend since moving to this new home is heartwarming to see. Her whole outlook and health has greatly improved due to the care and surroundings her new home are providing her. The location is ideal for her and visitors, transportation links, shopping, and the outdoor settings all help create a peaceful environment. There is also a large car park for visitors.

My mother has been a resident for over 10 years. She has survived due to the superb care of the staff. 'No problems at all'.

My mother is well cared for now. The home's standards of care have improved greatly since the arrival of the latest manager.

Although my mother was resident for a relatively short time before she passed the care and treatment she received from all staff and the doctors was excellent. The staff where attentive and caring. I and my mothers friends where made to feel welcome when we visited the home. During my mums final days the staff ensured my mother was comfortable and ensured she passed with dignity. I would without hesitation recommend a visit to sample for yourself the friendly yet professional way the home is run.

My mother has been in Park House for nearly 4 years, and it has been extremely up and down! Things have improved greatly over the past few months. Staff are more consistent and the residents needs as a priority. Let's hope the improvement continues.

All of the staff are very nice people and are looking after my Mam well. My Mam has a few, ongoing problems. A foot infection is not clearing up at all even though my Mother has had a few antibiotics over the months. Think this could be down to the fact that my Mam can't walk around anymore, so this problem is ongoing ven though her dressing is changed most days. Mam's dementia is most upsetting but credit to the staff, they look after her well.

Congratulations to the management and nurses, you are all doing a fantastic job, not forgetting the cleaners. Cleanliness first class.

Staff are great, I do have my favourites. Could do with a few more things going on. Things are looking good, manager and admin are fun to be with.

The girls are very helpful. I don't want to go home.

On walking into Park House our minds were immediately put at rest. The efficiency of the Manager and her ability to explain the intricacies of the care system were greatly appreciated. The nursing staff were delightful and welcoming and dealt with things in a caring way.

I have absolute confidence that my grandma will be treated with the respect and dignity she deserves.

My husband was in Park House for two years two months. He was extremely happy there. The staff all loved him and he loved them. Everyone was treated with dignity and their wishes attended to without question. The rooms are cleaned regularly and kept tidied. Laundry well done. He died on the 20th March 2017. I can only speak very highly indeed of staff and management at Park House.

Strange malodour on first floor when leaving lift. Staff always very friendly and informative.
