Many thanks for your positive review and kind words; I will ensure they are shared with the staff team at Rosemount.
My mum was a resident there. The staff are amazing so friendly and helpful, nothing at all was a problem. Nice airy rooms with temperature control. Light corridors with a home to home feeling. This does not at all feel like a care home. Residents are all well looked after and cared for. Food menu...

Thank you so much Rosemount xx

Without exception the staff are caring and give their all, it has been hard for them to watch in the current situation, they are tired but still smiling. They care with affection and patience. My mum has been a resident for 18 months until her death at the home. The care provided to my mum by the staff has been exemplary. Whenever my husband and I would visit any staff around would greet us with a cheerful hello. The staff has always given thoughtful care with Mum’s best interests at heart. Nothing has ever been too much and any concern dealt with immediately. During her short last illness I was astounded by love and care shown to her by all the staff from the very top down. They also couldn’t do enough for me as I sat by her bed. They enabled her to die in peace and with dignity.

Friend was a resident. The home has a lovely welcoming atmosphere and a calm peaceful feel to it which was reassuring. My friend, unfortunately, passed away but was treated with an excellent level of end of life care.
