Dad came to this care home after a distressing period for both him and our family. The love and care he has received are in such contrast to what had gone before, we cannot say too many times how much we appreciate this. Well done to the Manager and her staff for running such a lovely real home.

My mom was admitted to Regents View during the pandemic which caused us as a family a lot of distress and concern for my mom feeling we would be unable to reassure her and facilitate her transition. However, during this whole process, the staff and management at Regents View have been supportive to
both us and more importantly my mom. They have been as flexible as possible in this uncertain time. Again they have developed a lovely relationship with my mom working to support her when she is unsettled and upset. As a family, we appreciate their professional and compassionate approach.

Best care demonstrated. Staff are so attentive to residents' needs. Window, pod and now in-house visits. Plenty of activities every day and the manager is always there to help. My mam is always happy and supported with all she needs. Fabulous home.

I found Regent View Care Home very good as they took my brother under their wing giving him the care he needed and I can see he is happy although confused as from March last year I never expected anything like this with my younger brother who had just reached retirement age. He gets mucked in with activities
and looks happy and with this lockdown last I saw of him he was managing to do more for himself and walking better. If he’s not feeling good they are on the ball and get it sorted right away. I’m happy he’s happy.

My Grandad hasn't long been at Regents View. He is always smiling on photos on the group page my nana shows me. The staff are great and help him with video calls. The manager is always keeping us up to date to which is great so we know what's happening. Really nice to see everyone at this awful time.
Would extremely recommend Regents View.

My husband was admitted to Regents View during the pandemic. A very difficult and heartbreaking decision to make at any time but made even harder with covid. The manager and staff made such a difference to our family and we were put completely at ease by their professionalism, care and understanding.
They were so respectful of us all and more importantly, to my husband's needs and nursing care he so required. A big thank you for your continued support and the excellent care my husband receives.

We had to put my dad into the home because of COVID-19 because all his daycare and dementia clubs were all closed and he was really unsettled at home. We are impressed with the care my dad has received, all the staff are very approachable and always give us a full update on my dad's progress. They look
after my dad's medical needs addressed any issues he may have. It feels like a family.

From my first meeting with the manager, I was put at ease and felt confident for my wife to go under her care. When my wife was in this care home the staff were very friendly to me and my wife. During this difficult time, they were excellent and I couldn't fault them in any way. Nothing was a problem
to them and they were very friendly to me and went out of their way to help me. Excellent staff.

I'm extremely pleased with the care my mum receives at this care home. The staff are all well trained in dealing with dementia residents like my mum. They are extremely caring and attentive. Working with each individual's needs. The manager is excellent, always available to talk to you and listen to
any ideas or concerns you may have. I am very confident and happy leaving Mum in their care and would highly recommend this home to anyone.

Regents View is a "home" in the true sense of the word. A place where people genuinely care and go that extra mile to make sure everyone is happy. My Mum can be a tad challenging to say the least, but the staff at Regents View simply reframe those challenges into endearing qualities. They know her
well and are quick to identify the smallest of changes that may suggest a health deterioration. They have great links with the Local GP and other agencies. Because of this, they have been able to keep my Mum at home and avoid her going into hospital if at all possible. When she has had to go into hospital they have gone with her and sat and held her hand. I live a distance away and can't get there easily, but I am confident that I will be told about Mums wellbeing and any concerns that arise. Most of all I know my Mum is loved and would wish to commend the selfless team around her who have cared for her during this frightening pandemic. Their professionalism should be reflected in a real pay rise.

I am happy with the level of care my 94-year-old aunt has received over the two years she has resided there. The nursing staff are professional and quick to respond to any health concerns. They contact the GP or arrange for her to go to the hospital where appropriate. I am always kept informed by the
home. The carers take good care of my aunt, and she has a good relationship with a lot of them. She now has one to one care; which has improved her well being. My only concerns is there are not enough carers.

Although my father was only resident here for a short time, the care and compassion shown by all the staff was second to none. The staff quickly got to know my father's personality and needs, which they met and nurtured.

The most caring people work in this care home. Having not wanted to put our mom/grandma in a home at all, we had to bite the bullet and do it.
The staff treat her like she was their own family and were very caring and welcoming to us, her family.
