I cannot praise all the staff at this care home highly enough. Each and every member of staff gives the utmost care and respect to all residents. My mother told me they are her second family and this is so true. Totally professional. Total peace of mind knowing that residents are being cared for whilst
we cannot be there. Genuine caring staff. Thank you all so much.

As a Care Home Manager, Louise has many years of experience in managing services for older people, helping to enrich their lives in the process. She is a knowledgeable and dedicated leader who is passionate about delivering the highest possible standards of care and quality of life for Residents.


Louise uses her experience to motivate and empower the team to deliver the best quality of care whilst promoting independence to our residents.


Louise is an advocate for all of our residents, ensuring care and support are delivered with dignity and respect at all times.


Louise has made fundamental improvements within the home so the home is warm and welcoming, putting the residents at the centre of everything we do.
