My sister is well looked after and regards her room as her flat. She is always complimenting the staff in her care especially the kitchen staff whose meals never fail to please her. She has settled in well and never expresses a wish to go out.

We always promised mum we would never put her in a care home and struggled on for a long time trying to care for her ourselves. Having gone through repeated hospital admissions mum was just not safe any longer when we were at work. The decision to let her go was very hard and caused a lot of 'anguish and heartbreak'. But after many many visits to the Amathea care home, mum has settled really well and is extremely well looked after, is so much more physically well and most importantly she is safe! She has a lovely room and it is kept very clean and so is she. Mum is now in a safe and happy place, part of a big new family and couldn't be better cared for even by me. It has taken all the 'grief' away to see how very much the staff are devoted to the care of 'all' the residents and how they make you feel a big part of the family as well. We really could not have wished for better care for her. A big thank you to ALL THE STAFF every one of you deserves a medal :-)

Amathea Care Centre the home now where my mum lives and cared for by the wonderful staff, I feel the care is the best anyone could ever deliver, including the respect and dignity she most clearly deserves. If I should say about her room and the food, I have asked my mother and her reply was "excellent". The cleanliness of the home and my mothers are very good. If we want to ask about something then we are free to. I would give a score if asked 100%
