Cathy started with the Company in 2018 as the Clinical Lead. She arrived with years of experience from other local care homes.
In 2021, she became the Registered Manager where she continues to lead the team in a very positive manner.
Jain has been working for us since 2018. He has a very gently and caring manner. Usually he can be found working on a Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
Heather joined the Company in 2018. She works part time in the office offering support to the team and families of the residents.
Alethea arrived with us in 2019. She is always full of energy and finding new activities for the residents to do (as well as the old favorites of singing, playing your cards right, and bingo!).
She is a very creative person and her bubbly personality encourages the residents to join in.
Stephy has been working as a carer since 2021. Anyone that has met her, will have noticed how carer and resident-focused she is, which made her a superb carer.
However, as part of her university course, she has now transferred to admin to complete her internship. She will be working in the admin office full-time from March 2022 until October 2022.
Athira came to us in 2021 via an agency. After being here for a number of months, she decided to make her role more permanent and become employed by the company in late 2021.
Originally from India, she now resides locally with her family.
Karen has been with us since 2017. She is meticulous in everything she does, which is perfect for the role of laundry assistant.
