We have had no negative experiences. The staff and management are kind, caring and highly professional.

Friendly, caring staff.

My father received excellent care and compassion from the care staff until he recently died. Bridge View Care Home has an exceptionally clean and bright environment. The care staff could not do enough to support us all. I would not hesitate to recommend Bridge View Care Home.

With everything going on, you are still welcomed warmly and friendly, also professional. Seen my husband today for the first time properly since March. I was tested before I entered, once test done, I was shown up to his room. The smile on his face was so precious and satisfying for us both. He is cared for with dignity; it is so comforting for us both.

I would recommend this home to anyone who asked my opinion. Sometimes I wish the contact side was better i.e letters keeping us informed as to what's happening but these have been difficult times. The staff are exceptional especially the activities co-ordinators whom I have the most contact with. I feel relaxed knowing my mam is being cared for here.

Mum has been here for two and a half years and is so well looked after. All the staff are kind and go out of their way to make her as comfortable as possible. I can't thank them enough.

The staff at Bridge View are amazing. It was a very difficult decision to place both of my parents into care. I am reassured that the staff seem to go above and beyond to care for them. I have been very appreciative of their support to allow contact during Covid inline with guidance.

Lovely, warm, welcoming home with wonderful staff. My Auntie is very happy here and looked after well. We are always kept up to date with anything involving my Aunt.

The carers are very good.

My Mam went into the home on 12th October and spent four weeks in a place I had never seen the inside of, being cared for by staff I have never seen without a mask and am not even sure which ones were actually looking after her. Home very reluctant to give correct information. No paperwork of any description. Management was abusive to me. Following two weeks in hospital, she is now deranged.
