All the girls are so helpful to us and my friend. There is always a smile from them. If my friend does not like the dinner the cook always makes her an omelette, nothing is a bother to them.
Mum seems very happy most of the time and as long as she's happy we are too.
They do need to make sure mum has a shower more often as she washes herself and we don't know how thorough she is.
My brother is happy in Bridge View. That's what matters to me.
I am very happy to leave my mum in the care of everyone at the home because they are caring, friendly and look after residents with dignity.
Staff are caring and compassionate and kind and treat residents with dignity at all times.
Individual care plans are in situ with relatives' input.
It is immaculately clean and the food is excellent.
Their residents and families are their priority.
As a family, we were offered utmost support at this sad and difficult time.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others whose loved ones can no longer live independently.
Well-run establishment.
Thank you all - keep up the great work.
This care home was fantastic, my mother was very well looked after and the staff were out of this world, they could not do more to help mother and were EXCELLENT at their jobs. The room was very clean and tidy, the food was very good, mother liked the Café in the mornings.
Very good staff and taking care of me every day. Plenty to eat.
Excellent caring staff, superb facilities. Regular organised activities. Rooms always clean and a delicious choice of food. Totally recommended.
Thank you for your recommendation, it is good to know we are getting things right for our residents
Very happy with the level of care our mother receives. She seems very happy and settled in quite quickly. All the staff are lovely with her, myself and my family have piece of mind her stopping there, her room is always kept clean and tidy and the staff always see that she has everything she needs.
It is good to get positive feedback. All the team strive to ensure the best possible care at all times.

- Good - The service is performing well and meeting our expectations.
- Requires Improvement - The service isn't performing as well as it should and we have told the service how it must improve.
- Inadequate - The service is performing badly and we've taken action against the person or organisation that runs it.
