My mum is currently at the home. Throughout the time she has been there I have seen her treated with dignity and compassion. The staff who work so well as a team, are always friendly and helpful to all visitors. The home constantly does its best to cater for mum's needs. They give her choices about...
My mum is currently at the home. Throughout the time she has been there I have seen her treated with dignity and compassion. The staff who work so well as a team, are always friendly and helpful to all visitors. The home constantly does its best to cater for mum's needs. They give her choices about how she fills her day and this helps to maintain her feelings of independence. The relationship between mum and the staff is lovely. They give her lots of time and attention and are always willing to laugh and joke with her. The food is home cooked and mum really enjoys her meals. Depending on how she feels, she is able to eat in her room or join the others in the dining room. After visiting mum, I always leave feeling that she is safe and well looked after. If someone was looking to place a relative in a care home I would highly recommend Pembroke House.
