We are sorry to hear of the challenges faced on visiting and the issues you've raised. We take your concerns seriously and will review them internally.
Improving visitor access and waiting times is a priority for us, as we understand the importance of family connections. Our management team are committed to providing a respectful environment for all residents and visitors.
We usually have excellent feedback regarding our activities but will take your comments on board.
Parking can be an issue, and we have recently created more parking spaces available.
Lastly, we acknowledge your feedback on limited seating in communal areas, we’ll take on board your suggestion of moveable seating, but also need to balance that with resident safety, space, and practicality.
