My mum and dad are both residents here at Cwrt Enfys. They were made to feel extremely welcome and both shared a room together as their bedroom and also as a living room until my dad deteriorated and went across to the nursing side. The staff are always polite, professional and extremely accomodating.
Both my parents seem very happy here.

Needs to be more activities everyday to keep minds stimulated, and a list of the activities given to residents each day, for them to be aware of what is available to them each day, and to take part in. Also visits from Clergy on a regular basis to be able to give communion.

All staff are approachable and friendly. They talk to the residents not just to each other so there is a nice atmosphere. There are different activities each day like Tai Chi, table football, quizzes and massage and themed days with live music for VE day etc. The food is very good with a varied selection.
My dad had salmon and roast lamb one week, with a glass of wine available with Sunday lunch in the Court. If my dad is ill nursing staff monitor him diligently too. I have worked in different care homes and would highly recommend Morgana.

My dad had fallen 4 times in 10 weeks at this home the last one he fallen out of bed onto a hard floor which resulted in a broken hip and currently still in hospital after a op.
I made many complaints over his care he was in nursing dementia so should have had highly trained staff watching
out for him, other family members also visited often always something wrong on 1 occasion his toenails were so long his nail had split in 2 he was wearing some other persons shoes 3 sizes to small not once but a few times i pointed this out nothing was done as we had to go hunting for my dads slippers. Very under staffed in my opinion the lounge area had at least 20 residents sometimes more each time i visited but only 2 carers in view, fights broke out often. We had to get a carer to help the residents on different 3 occasions. My dads room was very small and gloomy nothing like the photos advertised. Although some staff members seemed eager to help my dad, others did not.

Overall my dad receives excellent care with his needs being met by caring staff. Although I've noticed more and more new staff with the unability to communicate with residents, which has led residents to become frustrated and shouting at the members of staff. I have also had difficulties communicating
with staff over the telephone and having to ask them to repeat not to sound rude I have finished the call not totally understanding just piecing bits together and hoping I've got it right.

Morgana Court in my experience is a very welcoming care home. All the staff, carers, nurses, cleaning, laundry and catering are wonderful, they cannot do enough for my husband and myself. As soon as you walk into reception you feel so welcomed by the admin staff and the manager. My husband is settled
there and I feel he has been very fortunate to have had a place here. Our family and friends who visit have also said the same and are very impressed with the home.

Mum and Dad moved into Morgana Court in 2021. They had two rooms, one as a bedroom and one a sitting room. This was the only Care Home that offered this option at the time as Dad needed nursing care and Mum residential. We were very grateful for this and they got a divan bed in for Mum rather than a
hospital bed which was a nice touch. Dad sadly passed away in 2024 and Mum stayed on. She's very happy there. Talks highly of the staff and as a family we agree. It's quite a small care home but pleasant and it doesn't smell as so many do. The staff are friendly and caring. The room is clean and bright. I think we made the right choice.

My husband had a fall whilst in Enfys Fach broke his hip and spent 4 weeks in Hospital. He was found to have a severe pressure sore on his heel which the home claimed happened in the ambulance but this has been disputed by the hospital. His feet were in a very poor state due to the lack of chiropody
and the home said they had been let down by their provider of this service. Cleaning and poor hygiene are also an issue and no provision is being made for updating or maintenance. Furniture in the dining/lounge area is in a poor condition. Given the cost of the the top up fees do not consider this home.

Dad has just spent 9 months in hospital which was not a good experience so was really happy to get him into somewhere before Christmas.
I've not had any experience of care homes before so was a bit anxious about how it would be for Dad. I honestly cannot tell you how great this place is. They've done
more for Dad in a few weeks than the hospital has in months. All the staff I've met have been great, so friendly and so willing to look after the residents. All the staff are just so friendly, and seem happy to be there. The whole atmosphere is just lovely.
Anything you need to know the staff phone you which is great. Any questions you get answers to emails straight away.
Absolutely brilliant place. Massive weight off my mind that Dad can spend his last years with such lovely, caring people.

Both my parents were at Ty Nant, Mum only for a short period but she received the best care while she was there. Dad was at Ty Nant for over 3 years, he had the best support from staff both emotionally and physically. He sadly passed away in November. The whole outlook of this care home is very positive.
The staff are excellent at their jobs and go above and beyond to look after everyone including myself and extended family. I never felt as though anything was too much trouble. The manager was always at the other end of the phone and answered my emails promptly when I needed help. Will miss all of them very much.

My wife has been a resident here for 3 months prior to taking respite visits over the last two years. During the respite visits, it soon became obvious to me that Cwrt Enfys was a very special place full of very special people providing a very high level of care. It also came across as a friendly place
so I had no hesitation in admitting my wife permanently. Now visiting every day I see firsthand and more frequently the high level of care from all Departments as her needs are all attended to in a very loving caring manner. For my part, it is always a pleasure and a privilege to be amongst all the special people here whom I look upon as my friends who have made me very welcome into the family atmosphere that prevails at Cwrt Enfys.
I thank you all from the bottom of my heart for looking after my wife and making myself so welcome.

My mother has been a care home user for a couple of years now, and her needs have unfortunately changed from residential care to nursing care. The transition has been handled by the staff with cheerfulness, kindness, compassion and good humour. Medical needs and dietary requirements have altered, and
been dealt with professionally. On her good days, my mother has a sharp sense of humour and can enjoy a bit of joking and banter with the staff, and it's great to see her laughing and joking again. Overall, we are very happy with the standard of care she is receiving and are confident that any future requirements/changes necessary to her ongoing care will be handled in the right way.
