My father has been a resident at Cwrt Enfys for the past three years. Throughout this time I have been both pleased and impressed by the high standard of care that he has received. The staff have been patient, compassionate and caring whilst attending to my father. They have also been very good at communicating any problems to me and of taking account of my opinion. At every level of staff there have been individuals that have shown an outstanding level of care and as a family we are very happy with the dedication that Cwrt Enfys has shown to my father and to all the other residents, this cannot be an easy task for them but we would like to extend our gratitude to all the staff for the exceptional work that they do.

My mother had been in Cwrt Enfys for 2 years before she became really frail and passed away. In that time she received amazing care. In her last few days, the home allowed us to stay with her 24/7 and we witnessed the most amazing care we could have hoped for. The staff made us feel that the experience was unique and special, as it was to us. The best staff ever!
Thank you so much for your kind words and for taking the time to leave a review. It was a privilege to care for your mother and to support you all during her final days. We're truly touched to hear 'best staff ever', which really means a lot. Your feedback will be shared with the staff at Cwrt Enfys, who, I'm sure, will be proud to know they made a difference. Thank you again.
My mum has been a resident since May 2022. Since my mum's admission to Cwrt Enfys Care Home the care & support given to my mum has been second to none. My mum is a resident at Ty Enfys & needs 24 hour nursing care as she has complex needs. The staff always treat her with respect & dignity at all times. I can't thank the entire staff enough & for this I will always be grateful. Also as far as cleanliness the whole home is absolutely spotless. I also write my review on behalf of my Dad who is 96 years of age soon & he is more than grateful for all the care my mother receives.

Needs to be more activities everyday to keep minds stimulated, and a list of the activities given to residents each day, for them to be aware of what is available to them each day, and to take part in. Also visits from Clergy on a regular basis to be able to give communion.
Thank you for your feedback and for sharing your suggestions. We understand that meaningful daily activities and spiritual support are both important to overall wellbeing. We do have a weekly activity calendar which is posted around the home, but we appreciate that maybe this could be better shared...
I made many complaints over his care he was in nursing dementia so should have had highly trained staff watching out for him, other family members also visited often always something wrong on 1 occasion his toenails were so long his nail had split in 2 he was wearing some other persons shoes 3 sizes to small not once but a few times i pointed this out nothing was done as we had to go hunting for my dads slippers. Very under staffed in my opinion the lounge area had at least 20 residents sometimes more each time i visited but only 2 carers in view, fights broke out often. We had to get a carer to help the residents on different 3 occasions. My dads room was very small and gloomy nothing like the photos advertised. Although some staff members seemed eager to help my dad, others did not.
Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns. We are sorry to hear about your experience and are disappointed to learn that your expectations were not met. The wellbeing, safety, and dignity of those in our care are always our top priority, and we take feedback of this nature seriously.We...
My husband had a fall whilst in Enfys Fach broke his hip and spent 4 weeks in Hospital. He was found to have a severe pressure sore on his heel which the home claimed happened in the ambulance but this has been disputed by the hospital. His feet were in a very poor state due to the lack of chiropody and the home said they had been let down by their provider of this service. Cleaning and poor hygiene are also an issue and no provision is being made for updating or maintenance. Furniture in the dining/lounge area is in a poor condition. Given the cost of the the top up fees do not consider this home.
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience at Enfys Fach was not as expected. The wellbeing of our residents is our priority, and we take your concerns seriously.Regarding your husband's pressure sore, we understand that there are differing views on this, and we...
