The care and attention was above and beyond. They have made my mother feel like it was her home she was living in and they were her family.
I cannot begin to tell you what attention to detail they provide it’s the little things they do. My mother was so very ill this week, but every time they came into the room they addressed her and called her name.
They have gone through this journey with us and have made the difficult, task bearable by holding us up when we have been at our lowest.
They have offered a friendly smile, a shoulder and have talked us through everything.
I will never be able to thank this team enough, but I would love them to be commended for their excellence.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are so pleased to hear such positive words on how each department within the home have provided both you and your mum true comfort. Living in a care home can be a difficult transition for many and it's really reassuring to hear that mum felt and...
She was a little apprehensive, however, any fears were dispelled by the care and reassurance given by the staff.
She thoroughly enjoyed her stay and made many new friends.
I want to thank all the staff at Cwrt Enfys for their care and support.
We are glad your mother enjoyed her stay with us and we would welcome her back in the future, thanks for your review.
My mother is a resident of Cwrt Enfys Care Home and we are very happy with how she is cared for by all the staff. Our concerns are always listened to and we feel comfortable talking with the staff and raising any queries we have as they are always dealt with accordingly and we are always felt at ease. Also, the manager is always available to help when needed as well as the lady in reception who is always happy to help and they all deserve awards.
Thank you.
A very relaxed atmosphere when visiting, which has an anytime policy. There is always a member of staff at hand if needed. A good standard of care, with respect and dignity. We are always contacted if needed and feel the home communicates well.
We always aim to provide excellent care.
I find the care and attention given to my mother are usually of a high standard. There have been occasions where there have been shortfalls but the staff have been open in acknowledging that if we have brought it to their attention and they have tried to make sure that it is remedied. It has now been her home for more than eight years.
Many thanks for your honest review - we are pleased your mother has been in the home for eight years and the home has been responsive in addressing any concerns you have had. We hope your mother will remain with us for many more years to come.
Cwrt Enfys Care Home has been excellent to my mother since she broke her hip in a recent fall. The care and attention has been 10/10 even getting my mother involved in the activities. Hope that everything can continue to make my mother's enjoyment continue at the good old age of 98. Well done.
Many thanks for your lovely review, we are so happy your mother who is 98 years young has settled well into the home after her recent traumatic hip fracture.
I have always found the staff to be excellent in dealing with my mother and are always friendly and energetic not just for the residents but also towards the visitors to the unit. The cleanliness is excellent and the rooms are well equipped.
Thank you for taking the time to review us. The hard-working staff and management teams will be delighted with the feedback and we are pleased your mum is thriving in the home.
My mother is a resident of Cwrt Enfys Care Home and has dementia. The overall care she receives is excellent and fully praise the care staff who work way beyond their job title and are so deserving of a higher pay wage to reflect their commitment to keeping my mother safe and well. When we chose to place mam with you we were assured there would be lots of interaction with the entertainment team however where this was the case it now seems to have deteriorated. I am told there are only three people employed to provide activities for the whole of Cwrt Enfys with approx 100 patients, this is unfair to the team and unreasonable expectations. Can this be addressed as it has a knock-on effect on the residents who so desperately need this interaction.
The senior care staff are always available if we need to ask about their issues. We appreciate the time and care that is given to the resident.
Thank you for taking the time to review our home. Staff shortages have impacted our service, but we are working hard to resolve these issues.
Cwrt Enfys is always warm and welcoming. Staff are courteous and professional and caring to residents. The staff make the residents feel at home. Any concerns that arise are dealt with quickly and contact outside surgeries where required.
Thank you for kindly taking the time to review our home.
Without exception, all staff have shown a high standard of professionalism, respect and care towards the residents, despite many challenges, and the residents not being able to express gratitude in normal ways. We would like to thank them all for their hard work.
Many thanks for your kind review the hard working staff and management work tirelessly to ensure the home provides exceptional care and attention for all residents and families.
People are quick to criticise care homes but this care home met all our mother's needs, they went over and above to make her time with them happy and comfortable.
The manager and staff always had time for family members if we needed to know anything.
Thanks for your very kind review which the staff will be delighted with.
FaceTime was a vital link when visiting was not possible - thank you to everyone who made this happen.
Thank you.
We hard working management and staff team will be delighted with your feedback.
My aunt recently passed away at Cwrt Enfys Care Home having been a resident there for four years. The care she received there made her last years so much easier for her and she was very happy. As a family, we were also so grateful for the way she was treated and cared for and had every confidence about her safety and happiness. The staff at the home could not have been kinder or more helpful and showed a great deal of love and support for her. My aunt spent most of her years at Enfys Fach where she enjoyed joining in the activities and felt very much at home and well looked after. She had to move to the nursing side of the home as she became a lot more frail - here again, she was very well looked after and her increasing needs for help and nursing were provided with great kindness and love.
I can't thank the staff at the home enough for all they did for my aunt and for making the last four years of her life so much happier than they would otherwise have been.
Many thanks for your kind review; we are sorry for the loss of your beloved aunt. The staff team at the home will be informed of your kind words and be grateful for the compliments.
My husband has been a resident at Cwrt Enfys Care Home in the Woodlands EMI unit since June 2019. He is well looked after by kind and caring staff. We are treated like family, all the staff are dedicated, kind, patient and hard working. I wish to thank the activities team for the care and attention given to my husband. We have regular video calls and I can see my husband is very happy and relaxed in their company. Due to Covid, indoor visits are not regular at the moment, it warms my heart to know that my husband is being entertained so well with arts and crafts, games, music, visits to the sensory room and visits to the garden, cooking and baking and many more activities. The team are very talented and bring a great deal of happiness to the residents.
Thank you so much for your kind review at this difficult time for all care homes, the dedicated staff team will be delighted.
A lovely homely, friendly place. My mother-in-law has settled well with the care she needs, very happy with the care she has. Thank you to all staff and management for your excellent hard work in keeping all the residents safe and well cared for in these exceptional times, thanks to all.
Many thanks for taking the time to write a very lovely review. The hard-working team will be delighted.
Faced with the sudden realisation of having to move our mother-in-law into a care home, Cwrt Enfys exceeds our expectations of exceptional care for her. She is happy in her new home and is surrounded by such caring staff.
The staff team will be delighted that their hard work and dedication is appreciated, thank you for supporting the home and our residents at this very challenging time.
Fantastic care given to our mother since she's been in Cwrt Enfys. Can't fault the caring staff and can only praise all the hard work and dedication they have. We know mam is in good hands and would definitely recommend this care home.
Thank you for your support for the hard-working management and staff team at the home - we know they go the extra mile particularly at this very challenging time and are grateful for your recognition.
My brother in law has been in Cwrt Enfys since November 2018. Since that time we have had a wonderful relationship with the Nursing Home and staff, nothing has been too much trouble. Always felt able to ask about anything however small. Since Covid and lockdown, the staff have been extra helpful. Having video calls makes us feel better and knowing that he is keeping well and comfortable makes it much easier not been able to visit. We really appreciate all the care and dedication Cwrt Enfys staff are giving to their patients. Thank you all. When this difficult time is over we will all have our chance to say our special thanks to Cwrt Enfys and your staff.
Thank you for your very kind words, it is gratefully appreciated by the hard-working team at the home.
A wonderful care home with cheerful, dedicated staff who always go the extra mile despite the very difficult time this year. They are always there to reassure our mam and me that she is happy and smiling during the lockdown. There are always plenty of activities going on. Staff members give their time to chat and support the residents during video calls, which are invaluable as we cannot visit. I thank all staff from the bottom of my heart. A real home from home.
Thank you very much for taking the time to write a lovely review of our home. We are all very proud of the whole team at the home who have created such a wonderful environment for our residents. We thank you for your support during this difficult time.
