I have worked in the care sector for 15 years. I started my career as a Care Assistant and have worked my way up to Business Administrator. Mt role at Ty Coch is to meet and greet the relatives visiting, show the home to prospective new residents and their families. I assist the General Manager with the day-to-day running of the home. I enjoy my role as it is varied day to day, I enjoy meeting new residents and their families and listening to the history of their lives.
Since joining Ty Coch Nursing Home as General Manager in 2025, I have been proud to lead our team in delivering high-quality, person-centered care. I qualified as a Registered Nurse in 2007, gaining diverse experience in surgical nursing, international practice in Saudi Arabia, and primary care management during the pandemic. My transition to the care home sector in 2021 confirmed my passion for supporting older people. I am committed to being a visible, approachable presence in the home, ensuring every resident is treated with the dignity and respect they deserve within our warm, family-oriented environment.
