The rooms are great and such a nice touch being allowed to decorate and make as homely as possible for residents.
Can't ask for much more!
Thank you for such lovely feedback. We're delighted to hear that Cheryl, Marek and the wider team helped make you feel so welcomed and supported from the very beginning. It's wonderful to know you value the warm atmosphere, activities and personalised touches that help residents feel truly at home. Your kind words mean a great deal to us all.
From my very first visit in January this year to see if Beechwood care home would be a good fit for my Mom's care I was so impressed. We were not rushed and had access to the whole nursing home.
Beechwood was absolutely my only choice for Mom. ( and we visited a number of other homes)
The first thing that struck me was the calmness and relaxed atmosphere. Every single member of staff were welcoming and happy to answer all my questions.
Mom has now been In for 5 weeks and she is transformed. I was so worried about how she would settle. The staff are brilliant. The management team are outstanding. I feel a massive weight has been lifted. I am 100% Mom is in the best place. Getting the best care and she loves the food. The activities are great. She loves the choirs.
Thank you
Thank you for such wonderful feedback. We're delighted to hear your mum has settled so well and that you feel reassured by the care and support from our team. Your feedback is highly valued and has been shared with everyone here at Beechwood.
I recently was truly impressed by all the staff working closely together to ensure mum's safety while tryin to make sure she was happy with decisions made. After she was found hanging out of bed it was thought best to put her bed against wall with crashmat on the otherside. For many reasons Mom was quite miserable about this mainly because she couldn't see activity of unit corridor. The unit manager was assembled by handymen & domestic staff cleaned and rearranged furniture in room resulting in mom being much happier and contented.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us such a fantastic review. We're delighted to hear that your mum is receiving such great care at Beechwood Park, and I'm pleased the team were able to reorganise her room, so she feels comfortable again. I will be sure to pass on your kind comments to the whole team.
I can not express enough how grateful I am for the dignified way my mom is cared for by all members of the Beechwood team. I know that some days are easier than others, but that doesn't change the way in which they care for her. I've noticed some subtle changes over the last months from an HS&E perspective - all of which are very positive and demonstrate how the management team is proactive when it comes to managing risk. Thank you to the whole team for everything you do.
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your kind words. We're truly delighted to hear that your mum feels well cared for and that our team's dedication is making a positive difference. Staff are so welcoming and accommodating to my Great Aunt's needs and wants primarily, but also go above and beyond to ensure that my family and I are made to feel included in everything.

They have a garden area which needs some attention but this is being looked at and would be lovely to sit in the summer with him. Feel that staffing in evening could be better.
But overall very good.
Biggest problem we have had is financial trying to get answers and help. The reason overall experience is not five stars.

My dad gets on with the staff and is always cared for. He is settled in the home and enjoys coming down to the bistro area for a coffee and some chocolate. Enjoys the food and has enjoyed the parties organised by staff. The new Manager has made such a difference to the home and carers are a lot happier in their role too which has made such a difference.

It's also good to know any concerns were addressed promptly by the manager. We appreciate your comments about staffing and will ensure they are shared with the team. Overall, we're glad you're happy with the care being provided.
Since my gran has been in Beechwood (Myreton), she has been well looked after by all staff. She is always praising them when I come to visit. The staff are always welcoming to myself + other family members. They go above + beyond. I have seen a big difference in the Home, both in staff + the overall environment (in a good way). Staff always seem so happy at there work which is always nice to see.
Thank you for your lovely feedback. It's so encouraging to hear that your gran is happy and well looked after, and that you've noticed positive changes in both the team and the environment. We really appreciate your kind words and will make sure they're shared with the whole team at Beechwood Park.
The home is warm and inviting. Staff are friendly. My mum has a lovely room which she enjoys sitting in and watching the birds on the feeder. Staff have worked to make her room homely and my mum feels safe there. My mum enjoys her food and loves sitting at the same table with the same people. She has connected with them. I can visit any time and always feel welcomed by staff. The care plan is updated according to my mums changing needs.

The staff are helpful and caring to my husband. The handyman is a gem. The laundry organisation superb. Meals are tasty, nourishing.
Need activities.
Communal areas are sparce, some areas have had a facelift, needs to be throughout. Housekeeping is smashing, she greets everyone with a smile as does the receptionist, a huge thanks to all of you lovely people.
The Manager and assistant manager, both these guys are working their socks off. I've only recently just met this pair and I pride myself as being a good judge of character and I predict they will make this care facility the best it can be. This is going to be the care home that gives and gives, it's the place to be. All the best guys.

At the time of Mum's passing, she was given excellent palliative care by the trained nurses and care assistants. As a retired nurse, I felt grateful that I was afforded the ability to be her daughter and not her carer. The support our large family were also given at this time was also exemplary. A homely care home!
Thank you, Linda, for your kind words and recognition of the team at Beechwood Park. We are really sorry for your loss and we hope we made Mum's stay with us as peaceful as possible. Your comments will be passed on to the team.
Excellent home, so clean and tidy. The staff are so nice. Nothing is a problem to them, you can ask them anything and they always take time to explain. I couldn't wish for my sister to be in a better home!
Thank you so much for your kind words, Evelyn! It's great to hear that your sister is happy at Beechwood Park, our team all really appreciate your feedback.
The staff and management at Beechwood Park Nursing Home are very dedicated and made my father and myself feel very welcome when my mum was a resident. Now my father is a resident, in the same home. I am delighted to have him here as I know a lot of the staff. The bedroom is lovely and nothing is too much a problem.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. The care and services we deliver, as a team, to our residents and families are extremely important to us, we are delighted you chose Beechwood Park once again for your father. Meet the Team (1)

With over 20 years of experience within the care home sector, I remain deeply passionate about improving the experiences of residents, colleagues, and visitors in our care home.
I’m responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care and service are delivered in a safe, comfortable, and enriching environment for all residents.
I work hard to foster open communication with residents and their families, ensuring their needs and concerns are heard and addressed, and by leading the team with a focus on person-centred care, we’ve created an environment where residents feel respected and valued.
I aim to further develop our ties with the local community, through volunteer programs, partnerships with local organisations, and initiatives that bring residents and the wider community together. Strengthening these connections enhances the residents’ social lives and enriches the culture of the care home.
Ultimately, the joy in this role comes from the opportunity to make a lasting, positive impact on individuals’ lives while continuously learning and growing as a leader.
