Overall Experience

From my first visit to view Beechwood. I have found all the staff to be very friendly and helpful. It is wonderful for me that my husband seems to be very content. The nurses are very good with what can be a difficult situation as he has no speech, so I tend to ask questions and I think we liaise well.

Meet the Team (1)

Marek Tarnaswki
Marek TarnaswkiJob Title:Home Manager

With over 20 years of experience within the care home sector, I remain deeply passionate about improving the experiences of residents, colleagues, and visitors in our care home.

I’m responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care and service are delivered in a safe, comfortable, and enriching environment for all residents.

I work hard to foster open communication with residents and their families, ensuring their needs and concerns are heard and addressed, and by leading the team with a focus on person-centred care, we’ve created an environment where residents feel respected and valued.

I aim to further develop our ties with the local community, through volunteer programs, partnerships with local organisations, and initiatives that bring residents and the wider community together. Strengthening these connections enhances the residents’ social lives and enriches the culture of the care home.

Ultimately, the joy in this role comes from the opportunity to make a lasting, positive impact on individuals’ lives while continuously learning and growing as a leader.
