The standard of care, the setting, the locality to village has given my mum a new lease of life & allowed her to live again. She's so lucky & there is not a day goe's by that i'm worried about her now. So many activities / connection & care. The staff care about my mum.

A while ago I was in a bad place, a drunken wreck. I fell and broke my hip, hospital, then i came to Fleet Valley. At first I said I would only stay a month. However, within one week I chagned my mind. All the staff from cleaners up to management are spot on. They all give me my independence which I appreciate and value very much. I would not move anywhere else. Fleet Valley is worthy of a very high mark.

Staff help mother to engage despite her difficulties with communication, being blind and having hearing problems for 10 years. It's gratifying to see. She gets help with her talking newspaper and music, and radio. She has attended activities for the first time in years. The staff appear to be a cohesive, strong team and always appear at work and are glad to help. Thank you.

Thank you for reviewing our service We appreciate your kind comments, and your feedback which will be shared with our staff team.
The care is second to none physically and mentally and the social care plan takes into account all aspects and is updated with the family to make it meet all needs. Visiting is pleasurable for us all. Meals are excellent and a good choice is given, which can in the dining room, be a normal and social experience. The activities take place afterwards, seven days a week, which is vital to the wellbeing of all.
Thank you for taking the time to review our service, we appreciate your positive feedback and support for our care home.
From the time my father-in-law was taken into Fleet Valley direct from the hospital, after a very stressful few days, the manager and all the staff just calmed the whole move down, they treated him as if they already knew him. After a few days when he came around a bit and a staff member explained where he was and why he was there, he settled in and the care and attention he was given was second to none. Every day there is an activity on that residents can join in if they wish, they are encouraged to but certainly not forced to, relatives and visitors alike may join in if they wish, the whole home is run to look after not only the residents but relatives and visitors as well, they keep you in touch the whole way should they need to, and I just wish I could see a doctor as fast as he did, amazing. I love this place and if I had to go into a home this would be the one I would choose, thank you.
