Fleet Valley Care Ltd

My father has been a resident of Fleet Valley for 12 months. He is 99 yo (oldest resident) is sight disabled, has hearing difficulties and short term memory problems. Having initially expressed concern at entering full-time care, my father has fully embraced the experience and regards the facility as his 'home'. This is undoubtedly due to the exceptional consideration and care offered by every member of staff! From cleaners to catering, carers and co-ordinators together with exemplary management. I cannot praise or thank their service enough (on behalf of my father & myself.)

From Management to Staff, Fleet Valley is an amazing team and can't do enough for their residents and relatives. The care is exceptional and to have food choices is great. There are always activities going on. There is something for everyone to take part in. As a relative I am always feeling very relieved about the excellent care my husband is receiving.

It is a pleasure to write this review my husband is a resident at fleet valley and I couldn't wish for any better care he receives in call areas he really love to be out in the garden and spends hours out there and I know he is very happy where he is and it also gives myself and the family peace of mind thank you everyone xx

Very pleased that my mother is a resident at Fleet Valley. The carers, managers, house keepers, nurses, chefs, etc. are all lovely and their interaction with residents is lovely to see. They all treat residents with care & compassion. The atmosphere is calm and has the feel of a happy friendly home. Lots of activities and fun events. I have recently seen guide dogs visit and ponies. Baking, music and games keep residents entertained and included. Good food.

Always a great atmosphere here. My Mother in Law is very well cared for and is happy and content. The standard of care and even the meals are really very good indeed.

- Scruffy exterior needs urgent attention

Honestly didn't think my mum would find happiness again. The care & profesionalism given to my mum here is second to none. Cant realy do the place justice with this review. The standard of care, the setting, the locality to village has given my mum a new lease of life & allowed her to live again. She's so lucky & there is not a day goe's by that i'm worried about her now. So many activities / connection & care. The staff care about my mum.

Fleet Valley Care Home provides excellent care and support to my mother. The staff are attentive and companssionate and the home is always clean, warm and welcoming. Feedback from my mother's key worker, nursing staff and administration staff is always regular, prompt and detailed which gives me the confidence and reassurance that my mother is being proactively cared for. My mother is settled and comfortable and Fleet Valley is now consudered by her to be her home.

This care home has provided exceptional support and kindness to my mother. The staff are attentive, compassionate and always willing to help. The home is clean, welcoming and safe, giving our family peace of mind. We are grateful for the dedication and high standard of care consistently shown every day.

A while ago I was in a bad place, a drunken wreck. I fell and broke my hip, hospital, then i came to Fleet Valley. At first I said I would only stay a month. However, within one week I chagned my mind. All the staff from cleaners up to management are spot on. They all give me my independence which I appreciate and value very much. I would not move anywhere else. Fleet Valley is worthy of a very high mark.

I will always be grateful to have been given a place here at Fleet Valley Care. Everything about it is perfection, I cannot praise it enough. My two sons think the same and know that I am safe and happy, they do not have to worry about me at all.

Our Father was also a resident at Fleet Valley for his last 3 months during COVID and we were very happy with the care he recieved at end of life.

Mum was in Fleet Valley for a short time before she passed away. The care she received was amazing. My brother, sister, and me were given support during a very difficult time. I can't fault anything. Mum was treated with dignity and care, nurses and carers are 2nd to none. Thank you for all you did and for making Mum's time there happy. We won't forget your kindness.

From the very first day mum went into Fleet Valley she was cared for all her needs without having to ask. Mum was a people person so liked company and at Fleet Valley she was grateful for everyone that had time to talk inbetween there busy work schedule everyone was so kind to mums every need and I could not fault anyone right to the end.

Staff are helpful and engaging and keep third parties well informed. Regular care reviews are undertaken. Care setting is clean, warm and welcoming and the residents have lots of opportunities for varied activities.

My Sister has been in FleetValley Nursing Home for just under 2 years. It is a lovely cheery, happy home. The Staff go above and beyond to care for the Residents, and all their needs. I can only Thank everybody for the Care and Attention they have given Ruth xx

Staff help mother to engage despite her difficulties with communication, being blind and having hearing problems for 10 years. It's gratifying to see. She gets help with her talking newspaper and music, and radio. She has attended activities for the first time in years. The staff appear to be a cohesive, strong team and always appear at work and are glad to help. Thank you.

I have found the time that my mum has been a resident at Fleet Valley, that all the staff and management have been excellent and very professional, the home is very family orientated which I found very comforting, I would recommend the home to anyone and everyone. One staff nurse in particular, is so very kind and helpful. She made me feel better.

My brother has been in Fleet Valley for four months now, he is happy and not anxious at all. The staff are all very friendly and attentive to him as well as myself and my father. It is a pleasure to visit him in fleet Valley which we try to do twice a week.

We are very at ease visiting my son in Fleet Valley. He has been in four months now and has settled in well and is content. My daughter and I visit him twice a week and we are always warmly welcomed by all the staff.
