The care home is clean and tidy. The staff always go out of their way to help at all times. As mum has only been there for a few months, she has found it difficult to settle in and the staff are great at helping her along.

I am very impressed that all the staff know my mum by name and always speak to her in passing. There is always a feeling of community present when visiting. My mum who was reluctant to make this her home has settled so well with the staff. Although her verbal communication is limited, it is obvious from her that she feels a part of everything.

My gran, unfortunately, could no longer be at home and needed 24-hour care. My mum and three aunts really struggled with the thought of putting her into a home but realised this was best for her. Couldn’t fault this place at all its like one big family!

I don't think I could have found a better place for my mum to spend her last year as she struggled with dementia.

The setting was lovely and all the staff were very friendly, caring and kind to everyone and treated all the residents with patience and respect.

I was very happy that my aunt decided to live in this care home. The staff were so caring and professional. The home was always clean and smelled fresh (unlike some I had visited). Meals were prepared on site so were fresh and nutritious. My aunt has always enjoyed going out and she continued to do so, thanks to the large garden and was able to go further afield in the home's minibus. Our whole family knew she was safe there and that all her needs were met.

Mum was only in The Beeches for a very short time but was made very comfortable and her last days were made as dignified as possible.
Staff were kind and very caring.

I only wish she could have had longer there to enjoy the company and security The Beeches offered.

My mother was in The Beeches for almost three years after previously being in a care home for seven years. I visited at least four tines a week, at different times of the day and never once found anything to complain about. The staff were always around and the atmosphere in the lounge was cosy and friendly, with visitors being treated as part of a family, by staff and residents alike.

My mother passed away recently at the age of 97 and was nursed by "Beeches" staff until the end with great care and love. When asked how she felt about the home, my mother always said, "this is a good place". I couldn't agree more.

I am very happy to give this review for The Beeches Care Home.
I feel the home is a perfect size, which ensures the residents are given excellent attention by the staff at all times. During my visits staff are always available for assistance if it is required. My relative has settled in better than I could have expected and this is due to the care and kindness shown to her during her stay.
The rooms and general areas are always kept clean and fresh. I must also mention the laundry facility and the care which is taken of the garments, belonging to all the residents by the staff involved.

Overall I feel the management and staff at The Beeches ensure high standards are maintained.

My father moved into this home in July 2016 as his health had deteriorated and his previous home couldn't cope anymore. Sadly, my dad passed in November 2016, but during this short time, the staff were fantastic with him, nothing was a problem, they couldn't do enough for my father and ourselves. They treated him with dignity, respect and kindness. It felt like a family.

During my mothers stay at The Beeches over the past 3 years, she was treated with respect and dignity, even at times when my mother could be extremely awkward.

Her last few days were made bearable with the kindness she was shown. After her death the staff were amazing and they helped me deal with all aspects of my mums funeral.
