Willow House Care Home, located in the charming coastal town of Cellardyke, Fife, provides a warm and welcoming environment for up to 40 residents. With spacious rooms, including three designed for couples, the home specialises in personalised nursing and end-of-life care, tailored to each resident’s individual needs.

Nestled in the scenic East Neuk, the home is close to local shops, community services, and transport links. Its peaceful surroundings include a large garden and easy access to Anstruther’s picturesque harbour and amenities, making it a beautiful and tranquil setting.

Willow House is dedicated to creating a supportive and comfortable atmosphere where residents feel valued, cared for, and truly at home. With a vibrant programme of activities designed to foster connection and joy residents can enjoy therapy dog visits and bus trips to aquariums and castles as well as gardening classes with local schoolchildren. At Willow House there’s always something to look forward to.

Residents can unwind in two large lounges, one on the ground floor with direct garden access, and the other on the top floor offering lovely coastal views.

Additional amenities include an on-site hairdressing salon with regular visits from the hairdresser and a beautifully set dining room, offering residents a restaurant-style experience and catering for all dietary requirements. With its prime location near the harbour, Willow House also allows residents to enjoy strolls along the coast, indulge in local fish and chips, or explore attractions like St Andrews, just a short drive away.

Overall Experience 4.0 out of 5
Overall resident is getting looked after but no stimulation and little self-involvement. We know she can be difficult but at times we are concerned re her personal care from seemingly amateur carers, though not all, just a hard core of some who seem unable to comprehend.

Overall Experience 3.0 out of 5
Overall, all cleanliness is good. The staff sometimes could be more engaged with residents. Facilities could be updated. More water and juice available in the evening, other than that your care home is good.
