Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5
My mother, Agnes, has been in Bankview Nursing Home for 2 years. She's very contented here, the staff are all exceptionally nice, to both residents and families. The home is very clean, and very rarely ever 'smells' bad like most homes do. There's plenty of activities for those who want to participate
in them.
Residents are treated respectfully and with dignity. The biggest plus for this home is without doubt the staff, thank you.

I am very happy with my brother's care. He has been in Alexander House for 1 year now. But over the last few weeks, I see a difference in him, he is very down and depressed. My opinion is there is no continuity of staff and service users aren't getting a chance to get to know and trust staff. Also not
enough activities to stop them getting bored. I strongly feel if there were more staff more time could be spent with service users.

The staff and management were so helpful and understanding in every way. The compassion, care and attention shown to my Mother was brilliant.
The nursing staff who cared for her were exemplary as were the care staff, i cant thank them enough.

My wee mum has been in Heatherfield for a few months now. I had huge reservations before Mum came to live here... I'm a very protective daughter! However, I'm so delighted with the care & attention my mum receives from everyone, all the time. Mum's dementia is progressing & her needs are becoming more
complex. Nothing at all is a problem or an issue. Mum is 100% in the best place. Thank you so much. x

Our family are spread far and wide and it's difficult for us to visit mum regularly. Knowing that she has such individualised care and such lovely people around her is so special.
Recently staff have gone above and beyond to help our mum through a very difficult time, the loss of her young sister.
It means the world to know our mum is surrounded by so much care attention and activity at Methven House.

A lovely and welcoming care home. Mum came to live in Bankview in June 25 and has thrived in the caring and supportive environment. Staff are very attentive and caring, always communicating important developments or changes in mum's condition. Peace of mind that she is safe and well cared for, as it
was such a worry when she was no longer able to manage in her own home.

Unfortunately our Mum was only in L.V. care home for a year . Staff got to know her likes and dislikes very quickly which helped her settle. She was extremely happy there and especially loved the afternoon cuppa and home baking. She loved the staff attention painting her nails, and they always made
her laugh. She also loved the special events, which were organised.
Can't thank staff enough for making our mum's last year , happy, she laughed every day. We visited every day so knew first hand how settled and happy she was. Always a welcome from reception, cleaner, and laundry staff, smiling and acknowledgement of you.
Also for touching tribute of indivdual flowers and drivepast of funeral cortege
Can't thank all staff enough for mum's last year...made our lives better too. Pleasure to have known you all staff and residents was big extended family .
