From the minute our mum moved into the care home. The staff have treated her with kindness, dignity and respect making her feel safe and at home. The staff are always friendly, approachable and willing to go the extra mile to ensure residents are comfortable and happy. The home is clean and welcoming. There is a good range of activities to help residents stay active and socially connected. The staff show genuinely compassion care which gives us as a family peace of mind. They truly have concern for resident well being which is evident in everything they do.

My mother in law arrived at Three Towns Care Home at the beginning of March and can say that she has been treated with care and grace by the staff. She has severe dementia and wont eat or drink but the staff have shown care and consideration with her needs which have declined and she now requires more help and care in her daily needs. My family really appreciate what the staff have done can only keep saying thank you to them and how much we appreciate the care they have given her during her declining health.

My mum I don't believe would still be with us if it wasn't for the staff in the Three Towns Care Home, they treat her like their own family, have nicknames for her and generally look out for her wellbeing as I would.

Any issues I have had have been small superfical things and the staff are quick to rectify them.

My mother of 99 years has been a resident in Three Towns for the past 9 months. The reduction in her faculties has continued over that time increasing her care needs. All staff have responded to her increased needs in a very positive way which has greatly contributed to my mother's welfare. The facilities including cleanliness at Three Towns mirrors the staff's professional and positive attitude and my mother could not wish for better. My mother being so well looked after has greatly reduced the families concerns and distress at this difficult tie at the end of our mother's life we could not wish for better. The staff's pro-active approach to communication to us of how my mother is faring has been very helpful to our piece of mind.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful words which will be shared with the Three Towns Team. We're truly honoured to be entrusted with your mother's care, and it's heartening to hear that our team's support and communication have helped ease your family's worries. Knowing that she is comfortable and well cared for means everything to us.

Visit niece. Overall feeling their homes is well managed. Though we didn't have food, the meals served to our niece looked tasty and well presented in the servings.

I follow on social media page - posted activities are amazing. Good planning by the activity staff, thanks for the caring staff. Our niece is in a safe place.

At Three Towns Care Centre, my late husband experienced a level of love, care, compassion and dignity that brought relief to an anxious family making a difficult transition. We appreciated the attentive care shown by all staff members, from nurses and carers, to domestic, kitchen, admin staff and management. As a family, we were particularly grateful for the personal relationships built between my husband and his dedicated nurses and carers, as well as the wonderfully stimulating input of the amazing team of activities coordinators. These made him feel like a person, rather than a resident. We are deeply thankful to all at Three Towns for their hard work and commitment to his care.

My husband moved into the Three Towns Care Home at the beginning of March. He was made very welcome by the staff and the fellow residents he met, and appeared to have settled in really well. Unfortunately, he was only there for a week when he had to be taken to Crosshouse Hospital where he sadly passed away a few days later.

Overall experience was very good. The staff were caring, communicative and very pleasant. Management had a professional, approachable style and were always available to deal with enquiries. The building was spacious, clean and relaxed in nature with the food being plentiful and varied. The staff, especially the carers, deserve a better wage without the overheads being passed onto the users. The overall cost to the fully financing user is disgraceful and verging on exploitative.

Staff at Three Towns Care Home provided excellent care for my father throughout his 4 year stay with them.

The management and staff take pride in their job and are always proactive to the needs of their residents, while checking that family feel assured. As expected, when mt father passed away, they were caring, respectful and professional.

When Mum first moved to Three Towns Care Home, we were a bit apprehensive as to how quickly she would settle. We needn't have worried as the love, care and patience shown by each and every member of staff, whether kitchen, domestic, nursing/carers admin and management helped her adapt quickly. As visitors, we never felt we were in the way and we felt part of the Three Towns family. Mum was treated with care and dignity right to the end and we are indebted to the town for their compassion and dedication.

My mother was a resident in this care home I have nothing but praise for the care and attention my mum received! The staff are amazing always super friendly and do their best in dealing with residents of this cruel horrendous disease. I found the staff and management very approachable in any circumstances I could always discuss the issues and health and well being of my mother all our needs were met with great care and communication. The hard-working staff went above and beyond for all of us as a family.
The rooms, food, and care, are all superb.

Many thanks for all your hard work.

From the point we visited the home we got a comfortable feeling from the manager and staff that my mum would be looked after. In the short time she had been there, those initial feelings were correct. The staff worked with her, getting her out of bed and into lounge and showed a genuine feeling of wanting to help her.

Three Towns Carehome is absolutely outstanding. The care, compassion, and dedication all staff show enhance the ethos of this care home. The home was spotlessly clean, staff were always busy cleaning ensuring there was a high standard of cleanliness. The kitchen staff provided lovely food which mum enjoyed. The care staff were fantastic with their patients making them feel at home. Lots of fantastic activities were done daily. Nurses are so caring and compassionate but more so during the stages of mum passing. If I have missed any staff I apologise as this is one excellent home with outstanding staff. Puts my trust back into care homes.

The care my brother received was excellent. The staff treated my brother with dignity and respect. The rooms are kept clean and tidy. The food was to a very good standard and plentiful. Looks as if lots of activities were available to residents. Safety and security are of a high standard. It seems to be good value for money as my brother was well looked after.

In general, I have found care good. The staff are caring. Kindness and thoughtfulness are evident. The environment reflected this also. It was noted that some items were missing though it is not unusual in care homes with wandering confused residents. The staff were helpful and responsiveness good. Staff were genuinely well informed but if not, would seek to find out

My dad was a resident for a short time, during that time the staff made an effort to get know him, and adapted to his individual needs, showing him understanding and patience. We were always made to feel welcome and told to contact them when we needed to. During my dad's final days, the support of my dad, but also us as his family was outstanding.
