Overall Experience

Mum entered care in November 2019 after having care in the community for the last sixteen years, which was unsatisfactory. Since moving into the Three Towns, Mum's health has improved dramatically and her quality of life has been excellent. The staff and management have been exceptional. The 2.5 months my mum has been there has removed all her stress, worry and anguish for her and the family. Mum is not lonely and has nutritionally cooked meals and most importantly, is happy and has a zest for life again.

Since entering Three Towns Care Home in November 2019, my mum's health and well-being have seen overwhelming improvements. The care has been exemplary, the staff and management remain professional, caring and compassionate. I would recommend this care company to anyone seeking a permanent care bed.

I did not attend the review due to illness but I am very satisfied with the way the home is run, especially so when all residents are in the lounge together. There are always carers/nurses in attendance with them and they are always very attentive.

Review from J C (Daughter of Resident) published on 9 September 2016 Submitted via Postal Card
Overall Experience

My mother has had excellent care over the last 13 years, management has let it down over previous 5 years, since the new manager has taken over it has definitely improved a great deal. Nurses and staff are very good, activities have improved, could do with some craft activities for residents and music therapy, more stimulation needed. New manager doing well for the time she has been there. Certainly can't complain about the care my mum gets, she is bed ridden now but well looked after.

Review from Martha C (Wife of Resident) published on 7 September 2016 Submitted via Postal Card
Overall Experience

My husband has been in this care home for just over two years and is treated with courtesy and respect by all the staff, carers and cleaners alike. He has dementia so does not know exactly where he is but has a good talk to staff and is quite happy. When I visit I get the same respect and know the staff quite well. I would have no hesitation in recommending this care home to my friends.
