I have noticed a huge difference in the last few months with overall needs. Patient care, cleanliness. Delighted that residents have a care worker that we can communicate to for her needs. More activities and encouraging residents to take part.

Very good first impression on entering home, staff very attentive and friendly, no complaints at all.

I am happy with the service provided at Almond View but there's always room for improvement. Thanks to management and staff for all their hard work in looking after my husband Mark.

Almond Court has been providing a good level of care for my mother in the later stages of dementia. The staff are all very caring and supportive to the family.

Staff are great, and all residents are well cared for. Activities are well planned and thought out. Staff are person centered and know all residents well.

Mum has been in Almond View for 2months now and the care and attention she is receiving is excellent. The staff are very friendly and attentive and available at all times keeping us well informed of mums progress. As a family we are comforted that mum is safe and well looked after. After looking around at several care homes we are more that satisfied that we have found the right one.

From the moment I was shown around Almond Court by the manager, I was struck by the welcoming atmosphere of the place. Every staff membre from doemstic, handyfolk, carers, activity lady & nurses were friendly and chatty. My mum has only been a resident for a week but I am so impressed by the attention and level of care she receives! Its like being part of a family. Such a relief to know my mum is in good hands now I can no longer care for her myself. Big thanks to all staff!

Great wee place. Staff are brilliant with mum. My sister and i couldn't be happier with the level of care she receives. Place is spotless clean and all the meals are lovely and most of all mum likes it, which is the main thing

My mum has made friends with the staff and other residents, this give and my family a peace of mind know she is well looked after. She alway looks clean and well cared for. She has been putting on weight and staff offer alternative choice if she doesn't like what is on the menu. I can't thank the staff at Almond view enough for all their support in helping my mum settle in.

I find that nothing is any trouble to the staff. All are very professional, kind and understanding and accommodating when asked for information or help observation. It is great to relax and sleep at night knowing my wife is being cared for by professional carers.

My relative was made very welcome and the care team made her very comfortable. They helped her deal with her anxiety . The staff members fully explained to the family members the process of admission. The room was prepared and and comfortable. Within a few days there was an amazing change to the my relative. She was relaxed and interacting with staff and other residents. Staff have always been approachable and give advice and appropriate information. The care home is very well maintained and provides a wide choice of activities. From my family members experience I would recommend the care home to other families.

Excellent home my mum went in October 24 at beginning I was unsure about home but the care and attention my mum got from domestic staff careers and nurses was amazing and when my mum was at end of life they all staff went above and beyond nurses were all angels in disguise xx thank you all so much

I can't fault Almond view, the care my mum gets is superb. Every member of staff is so kind & helpful nothing is a problem to them. My mum has settled in & loves it. 5 stars.

The care my auntie receives is fantastic, the staff are so good with her, very friendly and approachable for us all as a family too. Always give me updates on how she's doing and are happy to find solutions to any issues that pop up not that there are many.

I also could not have been treated better for that final week, with 24-hour access and genuine kindness being shown by the staff. From the home manager to the cleaners, everyone cared, and that is what makes a great residential nursing home.
