The team went the extra mile last week for mother-in-law's 95th birthday. No detail was too trivial for Diana as she helped us to plan a celebration involving the wider family. Carers were all enthusiastic and took extra time from their busy schedules to make mother-in-law feel special. This is typical of the Angusfield ethos; we are grateful for the care which she receives there.

With regard to my mother-in-laws care the staff are so attentive to her needs. Keep ourselves updated with anything we need to buy for her. They are so friendly not only with the residents but with ourselves when we visit. Letting us know regarding her eating and everything. We don't feel anxious not seeing her when we are on holiday as we know she is well looked after and it gives us peace of mind to enjoy our time away. Her Keyworker is so good at informing of us as to how she has been and takes very good care of her. She makes her feel like one of her family which is so lovely to see.

On 2nd September the resident had a nasty fall. The care provided by Angusfield House Care Home in these accidental circumstances was excellent. The resident was examined and a decision was made for him to go to hospital. The home manager called me straight away to let me know and then called the...
On 2nd September the resident had a nasty fall. The care provided by Angusfield House Care Home in these accidental circumstances was excellent. The resident was examined and a decision was made for him to go to hospital. The home manager called me straight away to let me know and then called the resident's wife and niece. He kept me informed throughout the day, despite having other duties. One member of staff went to hospital and sat for five hours in an ambulance with the resident. The manager also arranged for a taxi to collect the resident which avoided a long wait for an ambulance. Very impressed and grateful for the care provided. Very relieved as I'm so far away.
