Happy with the care Dad receives. He enjoys the attention he receives from the staff and the fun he has with them.

My husband seems content, but very difficult to give an honest opinion of how he feels due to his condition.

Generally very happy with the staff, and one member of staff in particular - she seems to work with my dad very well and often makes him laugh. Might be an idea to have a family review meeting once every 3/6 months as sometimes feel not sure how he is generally.

I have been very impressed with the care provided for my father. Staff always attentive and really seem dedicated to their roles. His room is always tidy when I visit and they have done well with his personal care which has been a challenge over the past years.

The care given to my father, particularly during the challenging times of the last few years, is exceptional. The balance between dignified care of my father and friendly support for him and us, his family, is fantastic. Knowing that he is so well cared for is a huge relief to us and means that we can enjoy visits to him as quality time. Thank you!

Mum came to Angusfield in 2019 when she could no longer be looked after by my father. Mum has settled here very well and the staff are very actively involved and look after the residents very well.

I have been very happy with the standard of my mother's care since she was admitted in January. All staff are very friendly and helpful. My mother's health has improved since she entered the home which I think is a testament to the quality of care she is receiving.

Always friendly - staff know my mum and let me know how she is on visits. Facebook is great to see photos of activities available, even though my mum often chooses not to participate in all, I know she is encouraged to.

Always a great experience compared with the last care home. All staff lovely and helpful. My grandma is always well cared for here which is a big weight off the family. One member of staff, in particular, goes above and beyond for my grandma's care and always schedules calls/Facetimes for us with no bother at all, she has made such a good impact on my grandma.

The care and attention afforded to my Aunt is exceptional in all ways. The care home is beautiful, clean, tastefully decorated, and situated in a lovely part of Aberdeen City. The staff are outstanding, they care for my Aunt in a truly wonderful way - she is very happy in her surroundings. I have no complaints or criticisms to offer - highly recommend.

Angusfield House Care Home is the best place you could ever wish for. The management and staff go above and beyond to care for my mother and also myself. I never have to worry about my mother as she is treated like family and gets the highest of care. Nothing is ever a problem, and the manager is always available if I have any concerns - one lady treats my mother as if she was her own mother - the care she gives is amazing, she is an asset to the home.

I am very happy with the care my mum receives from Angusfield House Care Home. I could not fault it in any way. The staff are all marvellous and very caring, the manager is always very approachable and very understanding.

In view of the pandemic, hand sanitiser on arrival, provided apron and mask, went to a separate room for lateral flow test, waited for 30-mins for results - negative. Went to the resident's room for a visit. All very well organised and I felt safe.
